I went there to order and one of the ladies said to my .you never pick up your order.i said not true.so she said what did you say.i said that's not true.si from that day to now I just don't like going back.Vegetarian options: I think they would make it the way you like it

This order caused chaos in my home. Placed my order over the phone; the lady repeated my order to me. The problem with this was that I ordered two giant steaks. When I arrived, I had two regular subs waiting for me. I stated, I asked for two steaks with wheat bread extra cheese #17mayo fried onions, salt and pepper. She was persistent about telling me two reg subs equal one giant. I guess she thought that I could not understand. Well, miss, I asked for two giant #17's. ? She said, "two with wheat bread?" I replied, "yes."I never asked for a cheese "steak hoagie" AT ALL but when I got home that was what I found when I opened one of my reg subs...and then the other one was made the exact same way. Smh.It gets better. I called to complain to the store manager. I was told no manager was on site. Also, no team or shift leader..either. I guess they are left to giveen themselves. When asked who handle situations with customers blah, blah, blah, she said nobody but a regional manager. However, she is not allowed to give out her number. She can take my number..(you know how far that will go). I said oh ok, you are playing that game? I'll just call corporate.Believe me, it's no threat. It's a promise. All I want is what I asked and paid for. They cost too much to be handed bad service and wrong orders. These people have judged me wrong. Here's a suggestion, if the short lady can take the ear pods out of her ears maybe she can get the orders correct.Let me make a clear statement, the woman who took my order is not the same woman I spoke with over the phone when I called back to request a manager.The voices are very different. ?

Tasty subs but overpriced and with limited toppings. Friendly, quick service is what earned them a 4th star.

Place was busy but staff took it in stride and kept it moving. Hot sub was good. Tried my first 1 yesterday and tried a different one today. When it's that good you need to try them all!

They tea is nasty. And they didn't ask me if i want my sub hot or what no type of love in my food and they lettuce was brown. The staff was welcoming but that doesn't change these facts. Never really liked jersey Mike's but i spent $15 and wasn't satisfied so now i remember why. I'll try again next year.

First let me start off by saying when this place first opened the first month the service was good. But like all other Whiteville restaurants the service has gone downhill. My family usually go in there to order , but yesterday was my first time in there and I wasn’t impressed. The counter where they prepare the sandwiches was not clean. The toppings had no cover on it & I was like Oh no thanks. How you going to not have anything covering the toppings itself. Banana peppers swimming in their own juice its like they pick out a few peppers and dumped in a bunch of juice. Then you have to wait too damn long for a sandwich when only 1 other customer waiting. The workers have on no masks around uncovered ingredients. At least subway have theirs covered & their subs don’t cost no where near as much as JM’s !

I have never had Jersey Mike's before today and when I tell you it was one of the best decisions I have made in months. Not only was the food great but the experience with the workers was fantastic. We had a such a great conversation and she included my kids as well and made us feel very welcomed. Thank you so much girls for making my experience a fantastic one and I will be returning. Thank you so much for a great experience ?Kid-friendliness: Absolutely loved the way she interacting with my children, answering any and all the questions my inquisitive 9 year old daughter has, she even got involved with my 1 year old so.

Food is always good but it takes entirely too long to get your food. This is the 3rd time we had to wait an excessive amount of time. Even with mobile order and only one customer inside- we had to wait an addition 20 minutes from the time the app told us the order for 2 subs would be ready.
