This is a nice restaurant and the food was good. I had this special which was hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and cabbage. The only thing that I didn't like was when you open the doors or at the drive-thru it was a lot of flies coming in and it bothered me. The flies didn't get on my food but other people were complaining that there was a lot of flies coming in. It did make me wonder if they had flies in the prepping or cooking area. Food was good. The waitress said the plate came with hushpuppies, but we never saw any.They did allow us to order from the Senior menu, due to not being able to eat large quantities.

Got the spot plate! 3 big spots, rice, sweet potato fries, Cole slaw and hushpuppies. It was ALL hot and tasty! Staff were friendly and would definitely go back to try other things in the future!
