I go to this place maybe once or twice a week! I work 3rd shift at Walmart in whiteville! Our lunch is 2-3am! I’ve worked for McDonald’s in the past and I know for a fact they would be pissed if they knew yall weren’t taking orders at all between this time. Pull up there tonight and they aren’t taking any orders at all. U cant add and subtract!? We use to write order down and calculate the bill and ring them up when system came up. And yes it was cash only but never not taking orders at all!! I don’t know if anyone is even aware. I go some times and they will take my order, guess depends on who’s working. Missing out on a lot of money. There’s at least 20 employees here on 3rd and with nothing else open, yall could make the money. Apparently this “new” generation is just getting lazy. Smh! Got to do better! Makes me not even want to spend my money there during the day smh!! I won’t be back. Watched at least 3 cars pull off including myself.

It's fast food, bad for us all. At least their food unlike Burger King is served warm not cold. They really know how to serve it all, faster, than any other fast food place. Is the food delicious? Of course not. Its a fast substitute for real food in a hungry gut. This McD. s however is super clean in appearance and staff are nice..super fast service and always a lineup of cars moving quickly through the drive thru .

We ordered food online and went to the drive thru and this very rude lady said they can't do online orders come back in 30mins, she knows who she is and we already paid for the food and had to sit outside, I see why people have told me this McDonald's has lost loyal customers I see ? they all went to the other McDonald's downtown so, before speaking to your customers please watch what you say because if you say the wrong thing or say it in a mean way that's your fault you deserve to get cussed out

So happy that I don't have to travel far to see one of my favorite McDonald's employees. I seen Brittany, transferred to your store, during my recent visit to the other Whiteville location. I had a drive thru order at your store. The staff is so efficient and friendly. Looking forward to seeing Brittany's smiling face and sweet demeanor. Guess I'm going become a regular customer here. It's so worth to go through all that road work. Bada, da, da...I'm lovin it ????Good luck Brittany!!

The food was good, it usually is. The night time are always really friendly. It's just unfortunately the prices at any McDonald's these days are outrageous!!? The dollar menu doesn't really exist anymore?! and there is usually a pretty long line at night time because of people from out of town coming thru...
Ordered curbside. Sat for 30minutes, had to go to the drive through to get my order. Two more cars came through, ordered and pulled up before my sides intercom was used.I'm changing my 4 stars to 1 starDon't order curbside here on Sundays, you'll be left sitting while they worry about keeping that "average time in drive through counter" low and be made late for church.Food and coffee was cold with no refund or "let me fix that for you" offered at this time.

OH. MY. GOD. I met the best McDonald's employee I've ever met in my entire life, I didn't get his name but he was amazing. The food was McDonald's, it was cheap and ok. But this guy working the register, holy cow guys, he was the nicest and coolest man alive. I wish I had gotten his name, he helped me get my free McDonald's fries, and got my friend his mocha even after he thought the machine was down. IF YOU REMEMBER DOING THIS, YOURE THE COOLEST GUY EVER.
The McDonald's over on carolina beach road is not a good 1 to go to. I do not recommend it at all. The employees was more worried about having a good time than doing there jobs. I went for my son cuz his son was admitted into new hanover. I got him a double fish sandwich 6piece nugget and a sweet tea and it was all nasty!!!!! The nuggets tasted like some burnt grease that hadn't been changed in a while, the fish sandwich tasted old as hell and even their sweet tea that they are known for was not good!!!! All the food was cold like it had just been sitting out, there was no warmth to it at all not even room temp. He took 1 bite out of the sandwich, ate 1 nugget and took 1 swallow of the tea and latterly made him sick to his stomach, thought he was gonna throw up and messed his belly up!!!!(if you know what I mean by that)
