My wife and I eat in after we were told we had to have correct change only or use a card.If you over payed they will keep your change.The manager would not go to a bank only a half mile down the street to get change.This is stealing money.It took15 minutes to get the food because they can’t get their work together. I don't care what time I go , what day of the week, or if I order online or drive thru, everytime I tell them no zaxby sauce, I want sweet and spicy and they always give me zaxby sauce even with my receipt saying not to.

Sit 40 minutes in line with about 4 cars ahead then ordered chicken bacon ranch fries and I got chicken ranch fries awful ?

This is a great Zaxby's! Clean, food was fresh and employees were super nice! They accidentally gave me the wrong bag and the employee went running after me but couldn't catch me in time. Lol. I noticed quickly and walked back in. They thought I'd be mad when I came back and were super apologetic (I wasn't mad at all, those things happen). It was honestly so nice to see people actually CARE about and take pride in their job! Not sure where the other low stars come from but don't let it fool you, stop in at this Zaxby's and you won't be disappointed!

HAIR IN FOOD. Stopped here for a couple of grilled chicken salads with my wife. The carbonation in the drinks was out of adjustment. Brought it to the young ladies attention. When I received my salad, it was laced with long black, nappy African American hair. I showed it to the manager. She then asked me if I wanted another salad. There were several young black ladies,one with extremely long dreadlocks. All were not wearing hairnets. Manager gave me a refund. Wish I could give no stars. Skip this place it's nasty. assistant manager, Marie Lee apologized. I felt bad for her. She's surrounded by ignorant, incompetent people.
