I LOVE this place! Not only is the food fresh, healthy and yummy, the service is friendly and welcoming. These bowls are so good and I feel like you get so much for your money. I definitely share this small business with everyone I know and they have all loved it as well. I've tried the smoothies, the toast and bowls. My favorite bowls are the Acai or the peanut butter and jelly bowl. You can tell they take pride in every aspect of their business. The restaurant is always clean and I love that they use as much recycled/sustainable product as they can. They care about the people and the environment.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to let others know about this place!! I was thrilled to find it. I got the açaí bowl, and asked several questions which were thoroughly answered in knowledgeable detail. I wish I had noted the name of the delightful gentleman who helped me. My bowl was not only delicious, but customized to exactly what I wanted. They have their ingredients easily accessible for anyone who wants to see what they are eating. Love the transparency, and that they don’t add extra sugar. The flavor of the bowl was well balanced and delicious, with no overpowering sweetness. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Can’t wait to come back.

I have only been here a couple of times but each time was great. The place is ver clean and nice inside. The owners are the ones who take care of you and are very kind, patient, and help you with narrowing down what yo try. The mermaid bowl is so good! Everything always tastes so fresh! I also love the avocado toast and mango matcha smoothie. It is a little pricey but not for what you get. The proportions are great, and as I said, everything is fresh and tastes great. Support this local business!

My Husband and I were visiting Wilmington NC for the first Time and as Vegans we found this cute spot and absolutely loved the food and smoothies here! We had to come back to take some on our journey back home. The Mango Pineapple smoothie and avocado toast are delicious! I definitely recommend this awesome restaurant in Wilmington NC.

I had a wonderful experience here! there were so many unique and yummy options on the menu. I got the açaí bowl- which was delicious and prepared so beautifully. I had been traveling for many days- so this was a lovely fruit and nutrient boost that I needed. The portion is really good- you get quite a lot and it is nice and filling- probably took me about 15 minutes to finish. The woman at the counter that helped me was very friendly. The atmosphere and style of this place is great, too. So yummy!

They answered my question s easily and gave me awesome suggestions for what to try! Ultimately, I ordered the mermaid smoothie and it was amazing! This is one of my fave spots in Wilmington and I don't know how there isn't a line out the door every time I go. They make gorgeous Instagram-worthy smoothie bowls, have awesome iced coffee, and the folks behind the counter couldn't be friendlier. Plus everything is compostable which is always appreciated. I've had the mermaid bowl and the blue bowl - both are fantastic but I favor the blue bowl just a tad, that charcoal granola is amazing. Love the coconut whipped cream on the bowls too. This place is such a healthy treat!

I got the yellow bowl and apple butter toast to go. Both are absolutely amazing. This a delicious way to eat healthy. I'll be returning often. Can't wait to try other yummy items off the menu. My son and I tried this spot for the first time. My 11year old son had the Pina Colada and I had the Boom Chocolaka and the Strawberry toast. I will certainly go back. My son has food allergies and is a pick eater. All I could hear as he ate his bowl was”this is amazing” “wow delicious” “this is so good”. Great spot with a large selection of vegan options!!!
