Store was clean and workers were courteous. All breads were fresh. Prices are reasonable. I will be back. Give it a try.

The service is terrible, today I went to pick up a large order and they dropped the bread bags on the floor, I also asked for a box so that the bread would not be damaged and their response was no, they had no obligation to do so, yes I wanted to have to carry it myself. Furthermore, the woman who helped me started speaking pure bad words in English and she thought I wasn't understanding her and when I told her to repeat what you were saying, she acted dignified and she didn't say anything. The truth is that one does not go to ask for things for free. Like many clients, I went to buy them. And we deserve good treatment.

I had called to make an order for a birthday cake and told them I was going to pick it up at 6pm, they said they close at 8 PM, but in case they close early, they were going to give me a call so I could come pick it up early, they never called and I showed up at 6 PM. The store was closed for that birthday we didn't have a cake.

If I could give the customer service experience, I would've given a zero star!! I love this type of bread specially the one they sell right at 6 AM which I have to wake up early for that bread which is the pan relleno, I went this morning to get that type of bread, and I got 10 of those bread, which is 2$ and something Paid more than $30 in that store. I get to my Car open the bread and it's the wrong bread they gave me 10 wrong pan relleno, I go back to the store. I told the lady she gave me the wrong bread and she said you want your money back? I said, unless you have the bread I asked for. They didn't so they gave me my money back, but charged me for the one I opened which I didn't eat!! I took the bread that I open and showed them that it was the wrong bread! She said sorry I can't give you the money for that bread because we won't be able to sell that bread, I told them how am I gonna pay for that? I'm not gonna eat I want my money back. She said we can't do that because we can't sell it., was it my fault I paid for some bread that I didn't ask? you're wrong I don't care for the money of the bread, but why did I had to pay for their mistake?

This place makes my heart happy. Bring cash: you don't need too much. We left with 4 pastries for about $4. Head in, go right and grab a tray and tongs. Then, fill up your tray with anything that looks fun! I'll recommend anything cheese, guava, together, boillio (amazing for sandwiches!) Head to check out and enjoy! Got a road trip? Stop in and grab some snacks, bring them to breakfast or just treat yourself, the world is burning.

The bread is always so fresh and so much to pick from at 730am. ?But if you go in the afternoon, everything is all gone. Definitely recommend this place for the bread. I am not a fan of their cakes.

I ordered my Daughter's Birthday cake here for her 24th.Tres Letches with pineapple and coconut filling decor was pink roses.I must say this Bakery is very busy and popular. The service is very friendly and fast. Lots of baking goods to purchase with fresh full shelves constantly being emptied by customers and filled.I am very impressed with this Bakery and will be back❣??

This place has some of the best bread, morning breakfast, and bolillos around. Especially hand made flour tortillas! No doubt. Only downside is their hours of operation. They find it hard to stay true to it. Also, I understand this is a hot place but sometimes they don’t have very much in stock. Not sure if they make enough and ppl are quick to sell them out or they don’t make enough. My advice is either to call before going or just going at early hours of the day. Other than that, like I said, best bakery around. Fresh delicious bread. They just need to work on their hours and supplies.
