Came here with my boyfriend & siblings two nights ago and the server, who was the cook, was serving us that evening. He was nice but I had to ask him for everything we could have needed… and why was he serving?The food was terrible.. I mean there is truly no other way to put it, I’m sorry. I have worked in the service industry for years so, of course, I try to be patient as I understand the other end but…. the Bang Bang Tacos, The steak burger, and my boyfriend’s lemon pepper wings were simply awful. I’m pretty sure they just… dumped half a bottle of the seasoning on the wings. My sibling said the buns of the burger were cold & the meat had a sour taste, I tried it. The tater tots were so crispy I feel like they would’ve turned to sand had I crushed them all in my hand.I’m not saying I expect anything fancy or something, but this store in particular could definitely use some touching up in every aspect, I wasted about $85 and did not enjoy this experience.

Everytime I come to this location either something is wrong with the food or the waiter sucks, no good customer service skills, acts as if they don’t want to be at work. On this particular occasion, our server took a long time to get to us even for our drink order.. her attitude was not friendly, we had three small kids with us so ordering was a process… she was rushing us. We get our food it’s decently warm but you can tell it had been sitting. The children’s plain wings were fried hard as heck. We ordered a burger and requested no tomatoes and there was one on there… the young lady was very non-chalant about taking the food back getting them to remake it. We did not send it back. To top things off we did not get silverware at our table and we requested it. The waiter picks her nose before walking over to grab the silverware. After that we didn’t want to eat… the waiter had an attitude after that and did not want to deal with our table. I hate this location.. it’s not fair to me to find another location out the waybecause this one cannot get it together.. The manger Lee tries his best to sound caring and concerned but I don’t buy it by no means….

Service is professional and the atmosphere is relaxing.Vegetarian options: They have several different salads to choose from.Parking: It's in a shopping center so it's plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: It's a family friendly atmosphere, although they have a bar it's not loud and aggressive. And they have a kids menu section.
Seated quickly, order taken before too long, fried pickles appetizer was ok but very small portion, wing sauce was good, but the wings were overdone, no ranch brought with them, one drink refill and then pretty much ignored. East Coast Wings used to be premier, not real interested in going back at this point.

It's Sad is that we ordered at 6pm with 25 minute wait. Got there at 630pm Not ready. 650pm Still not ready then they try to give us an order we didn’t order. They take our order again. Say give us 10 minutes. We come back in 15. Still trying to give us an order we didn’t order. They look in the system and our order isn’t even in there. We left. ?
Came in the door when they opened at 11:30 with 8 others. We ordered wings and received them 45 minutes later, cold! Steer clear if you want an enjoyable, quick lunch.

10/25/23No bartender working today and no one old enough or knows how to serve beer. We ended up leaving and going to Jonestown road.1/12/24We had dinner at this location yesterday, and was very pleased with our meal! Great service, and wings were the best we have had in a long time!

If you have been to ECW, you know they are the BEST wings in town! No one has a wider variety or kinder staff! Beyond choosing the flavors they allow you to customize your heat index on each sauce AND they don't skimp on the dipping sauces. While this location is more of a midpoint, it has held its spot in the community for decades for good reason; quality and customer service. You won't regret choosing them for the next wing night.
