Saturday January 6th, we ordered a pizza and wings for delivery . The call was NOT answered by the location but the call center. Our order was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes. We still did NOT have our order in 1 1/2 hours. We finally had to go out to a restaurant to eat. We were very disappointed in the service. We had always had good service until now

My food was supposed to done at 7pm. Walked in at 6:59pm the screen said my order was done. Needless to say it was not. Didn’t get done until 7:15pm. Got home and my pizza didn’t have any sauce at all on it. The location on Hickory Tree has gotten awful.

Food is always good pizza is always hot the wings are always spicy and hot and there other food is fine,The service is always amazing in my 3 years of going here they have never got my order wrong,Inside the restaurant there always 2-3 workers it's never dirty.

The pizza was OK. Order hand tossed crust - I think it was thin crust. ? ? ? The pizza crust was thin and flimsy, not what we like. Specifically noted to "CUT IN 16 PIECES SQUARE CUT." Pizza was cut in 16 pieces, pie cut, not how I asked for it. Between this store and another establishment, pizza joints are not reading directions. It's frustrating, especially when I need pizza CUT a specific way.

Pappa John's delivers in the rain, and he didn't hang up on me like the guy in Midway did. Not a nice way to treat a long time customer!!! He did enjoy his 15.00 tip!

Lady at the counter somehow just KNEW I had to be the one that ordered for pickup that night and grabbed it as soon as I was opening the door lol. Didn't get her name, but she was very sweet!

Tried calling for over 15 minutes and no one would answer the phone so we decided to go to Pronto's (it's beside Pizza Hut) and all 3 employees from Pizza Hut was standing outside smoking. No wonder no one was answering the phone! But that is okay, Pronto's was DELICIOUS! Bootin' Pizza Hunt, Pronto's is our "go too" place now for better service, and better food.
