Great Food, Great Staff! This is my "Go-To" when the kids are home and want something quick. Their lunch specials are great! I feel it is one of the closest to an authentic NYC pizzeria in the Winston-Salem/Midway area. I usually either get the Cheesesteak, or the Stromboli (With Chicken, Mushrooms & Tomato....sometimes also add Steak). My wife always gets the wings. Best wings in town! THANK YOU PRONTOS!!!

I ordered a stromboli and my wife got a white pizza, possibly the worst we have ever had. Bad partially cooked crust, meat tasted spoiled, my wife only ate 1 bite of her pizza. All had to be thrown out. Will never eat here again.

Me and my husband moved to midway last month. We are a pizza kind of family so to find out we were right across the highway from this place we were pretty excited to say the least. So far we have been there three times. We have ordered the spaghetti, several pizzas, Stromboli and the baked ziti. Which by the way has an option to come with a meat sauce which isn't common. The meat sauce with the baked ziti is phenomenal. For most Italian restaurants you only have marinara with baked ziti. The owners have greeted us as we came in the door every time. They remember us even though we have only been there a few times which says a lot about their characters. They are the sweetest couple and tonight we met their son who works there as well. We have two autistic children who are very picky and we all four would recommend this place and the food to anyone we see. Seeing the reviews from other customers is strange as we haven't had a bad experience at all. So for anyone wanting to try it out we say go for it! You will not be disappointed! My food arrived cold. I ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli and received no broccoli. The noodles were very oily and barely had any Alfredo sauce on them. My bread was mushy. I also ordered breadsticks and they were cold and hard. My plate was $17 and I didn't not get a portion size for that price. My total bill after tip was $40. I did order a side salad.
