Zesto Burgers & Ice Cream you are really exceptional, I had a spectacular experience here today. The vibe was welcoming as well the workers. My friend had quite a few items from their menu, but he thinks that their Smoked Sausage is just simply outstanding. Workers are super nice and service is really quick. I strongly recommend Zesto Burgers & Ice Cream.

We really wanted to try Zesto today. We called and the message said they couldn't answer the phone right now. Called again and got the same message. I think the message should have said WE'RE CLOSED. WE drove 12 miles to get to Zesto. A banner out front said WE ARE OPEN! Yet the doors were locked and the drive through was closed as well. It was about 3:00 on Thursday afternoon. We drove the 12 miles back home, stopping at Cold Stone Creamery for ice cream. I don't think we'll try again because there is no way of knowing for sure if they are open or closed. Neither the website nor the Facebook page indicated they were closed. I put 4 stars because the place really looked clean and nice except for some trash in the empty parking lot. And I didn't want to hurt their Yelp rating.

We were next door for an appointment and decided to give Zesto a try. We were all impressed. The burgers, dogs, wings (best I’ve had in a very long time), fries, and onion rings were great! Service was fast and friendly and they returned to our table to make sure we were satisfied. I’m glad we stopped here and will be back.

Sabrina from Zestos was extremely rude. Did not have what I wanted after we oredered and payed for it. After we payed Sabrina decided to tell us that she did not have what we wanted. So I asked for onion rings instead. She said we could not get onion rings. We asked for a refund and she said we could not get it because she had already made the food that did not exist. Traveled all the way across town to support this black business and I am really disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would. Sabrina should be fired.

Worst experience ever. The food is greasy and just downright gross. Service was slow, fries were soggy, burger literally dripping in grease. Awful. Avoid at all cost.

This was our first visit. Such a yummy treat!! Delicious food cooked to perfection! We placed our order online and received it exactly on time.We were so satisfied with our food that ofcourse we had to get ice cream. I will definitely bring my family back on our next visit to Winston Salem.

Zesto is our new family fave. Winston has been loving this gem since 1945, over 70 years! The food and ice cream was ah-mazing, the staff was super friendly, and I love their modern diner style. We ate outside, but they also have a pick up window if you want to call ahead and take it home.

Went in today because I am a huge fan of the Zesto's in Columbia, SC and thought the chicken would be the same - it is not! However, the crispy chicken wing basket here was delicious! The wings were nicely seasoned and super crispy, and the fries were decent. Unfortunately however, the service left a lot to be desired! Our server/cashier had a horrible attitude and spoke to us condescendingly when we asked a simple question. So unnecessary! Is it too much to ask for friendly service?! Bottom line, food was decent, but we'll likely never return.

Customer service is awful, everyone but maybe1 or 2 of the staff has a nasty attitude. Never stay stocked, food can be good if it wasn’t under cooked.

I guess it would prove to be beneficial to call before going, just to see what they have in stock... it’s disappointing when you want to patronize this establishment on your lunch break only to find out they don’t have any hot dogs nor wings. Time wasted

So l think well maybe l wasn't ordering the right thing but 3rd times a charm right.
