Sub was fine but got unsweetened tea from the tea urn and a blob of black/brown crusty mess came out with the tea. Obviously caked up residue where the urn wasn't properly cleaned. I told one employee what happened and he offered me another cup. After saying no another immediately offered me another cup also. I politely asked why would I want to get more tea out of the same urn ? She said that "they" were supposed to have cleaned that last night and came to where I was at the urn. I showed her the stuff I had floating in my cup and she proceeded to pour some in her cup to look at. She offered me a bottled tea and I sat down and ate my meal. At no time was that urn removed or replaced. Before I left I saw another customer come in and fill their cup from the same disgusting urn. Omg it was unsweet....no sugar.....how much would they have lost to toss it ...clean the urn and put fresh in it? I was sitting in the dining room and they made no effort to correct this. If this is what happens in frot of the customers...what goes on that we don't see? Never again...not at this jersey mikes......totally repulsive.

This has to be the worst Jersey Mikes ive ever been to 20 bucks for a giant sub combo and the bread is so hard it seems like you are litterally trying to chew a well done steak. Then the manager Sam is going to tell me that they had a problem with the bread this morning and tells me that I have to bring the sub all the way back after me telling him I was already headed to grab my children and make it to an event by a certain time.

The gentleman didn’t wash his hands after checking out customers. When I arrived he was at the register finishing up with other customers. Afterward he put on gloves but didn’t wash his which to me defeats the purpose of gloves. He did it again with the person after me. Other than than service was great.
This, in my opinion, is one of the best Jersey Mike's. Today, even though the online order was very mixed up, (which is a firts!), the person I talked to was nice. My nephew eats here once a week. Me, 2-3 times a month. Honestly, I can forgive minor minor minor mistakes. Today was not minor, especially, being my nephew hates onions, pickles, and anything spicy. They put that all on his. I wanted no mayo or mustard...mine was covered. Truly, should we have to check online/takeout orders before we leave? We shouldn't. I forgive it because maybe they were short staffed or training people. I just hope it doesn't happen again. I'm still giving 5 stars because I did get great customer service. So even though there was a massive screw up...she made it right and she was nice. Nice goes a long way theses days!

the customer service is awesome, but 45 minutes to make a sandwich is not - especially when you order off the mobile app. the reasoning? no bread. like what? you couldn’t have called to let me know? no they wait until you get there and tell you to wait another 25 minutes.
