Don’t go here for dinner or any later. Dining room closed at “11:00 pm” they lock doors around 7:30-8:00pm. Service through drive thru is consistently rude and get orders wrong. Not worth trying to fix it either. I’d only suggest this location in the mornings.

I was just laid off due a medical condition from here. The store manager doesn't care anything about the employees. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there.

I ordered a fish filet meal from this particular location. It was my fault for not checking my order before we left. When I checked my sandwich, there was only a HALF of a piece of cheese on it and less than a teaspoon of tartar sauce.

Don't fuss at me at the drive thru speaker about not my stuff ready. I was greeted to place order and I did. And then someone else came on and wanted my order again. It is not my fault you did not ask for my code at the start when I had it ready before I placed the order the first time. Why have a greet that have you to place a order and not have someone putting it in?

Update: asked and was charged for sausage McDuffie NO EGG.... receive bacon, egg and cheesMcDuffie! The second time in two weeks they've messed up my breakfast order. At this point Country Biscuit is where I'm going from now on.Fast service....No change as of 12-7-22

If I order ahead my food should be ready and I shouldn’t have to “pull around” then watch people get their food from the drive thru. Then when I FINALLY get mine the order is be completely messed up.Jobs not hard, these people deserve minimum wage and to be replaced by robots.

This location was not busy, one car only in front of me in the drive thru. The girl that took my money was fine but the girl that handed out my food said nothing, only handed me my food. When I got home, my fries were hard and cold and the burgers were halfway wrapped.Sorry service and food.

Another fast food restaurant that has lost its quality. The number one reason is the help. They cannot read orders. When I ask for an egg McMuffin how does that describe a McMuffin with just egg and cheese? And then to make them understand what I need because they messed up the order was another challenge. What is also mind boggling is what they expect to get paid when there are jobs that require a lot more thinking and multitasking that pay the same as a fast food worker. As far as the management of this particular location it is always clean and the workers are generally polite they just need to PAY ATTENTION to a simple order that is on a screen for them to go by and do it correctly. Now they want you to use a kiosk or an app to order so they don't actually have to take the order but yet want to get paid $10-12.00 an hour? Ridiculous
