Me and my family used to dine in but it quickly became overcrowded alot so we started drive thru. we enjoyed the food alot but about a year or two ago they have increased their prices drastically, so this is when we quit coming. we used to get the chicken dinner for 4 and it was around like 24 dollars for everything but now it is around 36-40 something, I cant remember any more.The definate last straw was that the last few times we been here there was multiple errors where the drive thru staff were not that cordial with us and ended up in arguements. whether it was something small like needing sauce, or they forgot to give us drinks, they didnt like being told that they missed something, when it was right there on the receipt, which is why we always ask for receipts now because of incidences like this.this was another classic example of staff rushing, not paying attention, and getting mad about it and taking out on a customer instead of admitting they were wrong. There was alot of times they forgot to give us a food item we ordered, and they would ask for receipt and then tell us in an attitude to pull forward and wait, and have someone else come out to give us whats missing. you pay that much money for a family, you want what you paid for.

This is by far one of the better customer service experiences we have had! The food is fantastic, the facility is kept near spotless, the parking is plentiful and the people are next level!!
Great comfort food spot! The serving portions could be better for the price. You must check your oder before you take away from inside or going through the drive-thru.

First time back to Moore’s in a while. So glad to see Amber was back. The store was finally back the way it use to be. Food was awesome and so was the service. What a difference a manager makes in a place! Glad your back Amber!

I really wish I coulda enjoyed the great food but the takeout bag was wet by the time I got home and my $30.00 dinner fell right out the bottom of the bag onto the driveway. Would maybe be a good suggestion to have plastic to go bags. Ugh. ?

Delicious fish sandwich! The hush puppies were great and the fries were great too! Very nice young lady at the window and reasonable prices. I wish there was one of these in Smithfield.

Spent 16 minutes in the drive-through line at lunchtime. There were only four cars, counting me in line. They have also come up with different prices for cash or card. This is the last time I will patronage this establishment.
