Me, my mom and my sister went today around 12 for lunch. We waited 10 mins for someone to come to our table. After the waiter took our order, we waited another 30mins for drinks. He then came back 20 mins later to say they didn’t have 3 of the items we ordered and my on top of that my cup had hair in it, the cup was dirty and filthy. I don’t recommend this place. There was another couple who ordered was messed up and they waiting for a refund. I paid $8.00 for 2 drinks because my mom had water. This place is overpriced, not stocked and the employees are rude and lazy.

It was my forst time going to jucy crab. I got a 30 dollar meal crab legs and potatoes no corn. They were the smallest crab legs I have ever had. Barely any meat in them. Definitely not worth the money. The floor is like a stick of glue. I will never go back, it was a waste of money.

First time trying the Greenville location & arrived on a rainy weekday, so it wasn't busy at all. Service was great although they didn't have a bartender on duty but the food came quick & was fresh. The boil was good but you could tell the seafood was added after the fact but overall would definitely revisit.
Food was good, but they do not have proper utensils to eat your seafood, which they should considering they serve crab and lobster and no salt and pepper shakers on hand.
Came to jc on 2-24-24 and had to wait 2hrs for a To go order. There was empty booths throughout the restaurant so I didn't understand the 2hr wait smh. Next time I will go to hook and reel up the street. Bad business done here!

First time eating a Seafood Boil, It was great and the Canjun seasoning was good although it was a bit too salty for me. The quantity is not a lot and we had to wait for a crab ? leg cracker cause apparently they ran out, so maybe bring yours next time.Overall if you want the experience go for it but i think it was a bit expensive for very little meat and a lot of effort.Kid-friendliness: Food is heavy with spices that all kids might not like so keep an eye for that, get simple smaller things.
I am so disappointed. This is my first time eating at juicy Crab. I had my food delivered to only get half my order after paying over $100 plus tip. Then I tried calling to get it corrected with no answer. The no answer made it even worse. However, the food I did get was pretty tasty.

If you love fresh seafood in a shell, then The Juicy Crab is the place to be in love. Located right off Highway 11, with dine in and take out service available. Plenty of free parking. Dining accommodations for single, couples, or even families. Big screens for watching sports. And a bar section for alcohol refresher. Friendly customer service. Wheelchair accommodations. And a staff that keeps you smiling. If you are a seafood lover then treat yourself like you are somebody and try The Juicy Crab.

The experience was great, and the waitress was excellent. She was very attentive to our needs and checked on us often. The popcorn shrimp, chicken wings, and Talapia fish were delicious. The whiting fish was a little dried out, but my daughter had one of the Seafood Boils (crab,crayfish, shrimp, potatoes, and corn). She loved it!!! I liked the kits the restaurant gives you, including a bib, a pair of plastic gloves, and wet wipes. Your table was covered with a long sheet of butcher paper, and a silver pail was located in the middle of the table to dispose of items from your seafood boils or trash.Vegetarian options: Vegetable items are listed but sold separately.Parking: Stand-alone restaurant with plenty of room to park.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of space to maneuver a wheelchair around the restaurant, and a person is able to sit at the end of each table.

We had lunch there. First, she got the order wrong. The fish was not cooked through and they overcharged us. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for them to correct the bill. We paid with cash and was due change in coins which she did not give us. I asked about the change and she told us they do not give change. If this is the case, then they need to clearly post something to let customers know they do not give out change. Or, when we handed the waitress the cash, she should have informed us of this then. Needless to say, we will not be going back. You will not be getting any more of my money. We chose to patronize this local restaurant and they took advantage of us. I paid my bill but you don't want to give me change. How ridiculous.
