When you get something from there it is good, but it's 1pm and have been waiting for an hour and they aren't open. So they should probably let their hours be known or should be under new management.

Waited in line for 30 minutes as the worker ignored the line for 20 minutes. Then denied my pickup order, because she doesn’t have enough, does refund it, but has the pretzel dogs ready on the counter… terrible service watch out for the blonde lady with glasses. Will be calling

Terrible customer service. I know it’s young kids working but they need to treat customers with more respect and stop acting like the customers are a burden. Never felt so unwelcome at a business before todays experience.

Showed up at 6:14 pm on a Friday, mall closes at 8 pm and they refused to serve us when there was other people in line. Not sure how you expect to make money if you don’t serve your customers.And don’t mind the fact that there were PLENTY of pretzels left in the window. Pathetic experience.

Arrived at 11:40 AM and schedule was wrong online. They do not open until noon according to the new schedule. They did not start taking customers orders until almost 20 after noon as they were late opening. Pretzel bites were fresh and lemonade was light on sweetness.

Considering their employees are young and need to obey the law the hours are good. The food is delicious and I recommend to all.

Owner was absolutely rude and swearing at his employees. Asked for sauce right away but wasn't charged it and told I had to get back into the line to reorder it. Absolutely not impressed with how the service has become.
Staff is extremely rude, When asked for any of the items on the menu, they reply back with a snappy attitude, saying, "What you see is what you get". Highly reccomend avoiding the place if the owner isn't there.

I am a worker here and we close at 6 becuse we are all under 16 exept a few people and the days change based on when we can work im sorry if it dosnt work with when you can make it and dont look online for times it ses we close at 9 thats not true so hope you like the pretzles <3

Was in mall buying shoes for my great grandson . I have really bad back can't walk far before have to sit down but promised him a pretzel walk all the way to other end of mall. Guess what 7:15 pm they are closed..so the next day send my older grandson to the mall to get pretzels 5pm guess what closed. No sign saying why or or gone out of business. You would think the malls contracts would say have to be open when malls open . This just happened on Feb 23rd and 24th 2022.
