Great local snacks and a hummus / pita meal served up with carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes and chicken. Delicious! Buy some of the pretzels; they have samples at the register. They are fantastic!
It's a tiny restaurant, with a souvenir shop inside it also. Such a small airport, what would you expect? The menu is what you would expect: hot dogs, nachos... I had the chicken salad croissant, and it was delicious! Totally loved it! It's nice and clean, and the employees were really nice. I wanted a hot dog, for bfast, lol. But he just got the shipment in and it was still frozen, couldn't get mad, since it was way too early for lunch anyways.

The only option after security. The small shop by in the ticket counter area appeared to have fresh sandwiches and made to order food. This place has $3.50 gas station coffee and big city inflated prices on snacks. Bam! It's nice to be only store. :^)
