I ordered a Large Butterfinger Blizzard. The ice cream was half melted it was left on the counter and no one acknowledged me. I was also the only person in the restaurant.

This place is always super packed. The people working there seem exhausted, but they are always super friendly. Drive thru is crazy here though. Every time I visit, the lines are super long!The burger I had wasn't as good as I remember. But like I said this place is always slammed. Would like to go there when it isn't as busy.

My husband went & got 2 Med. Blizzards for us & brought them home. The most disgusting, poorly made Blizzards…ever!! They were literally soup. Had the employee even turned them upside down they would have had a mess to clean up. Very poor….and expensive too!!

Kid who took our order barely talked loud enough to hear him, our food sat on the warming counter for a long time while he just stood there or paced around until finally packaging our food and handing it to us. We ordered 4 different orders, nothing out of the ordinary or difficult by any means but still was not correct all the way around. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food and because of our food just sitting there so long, when we got it it wasn’t even all hot any more.

Decent DQ. They need to work on mixing their blizzards. Also, the cashier Solomon needs some customer service training he shouldn't be helping customers with that poor attitude.
Did a doordash here and they filled the drinks way to full and leaked all over my seat. Complete idiots.

This place is pretty good. I started coming here because the Burger King across the street is ran by kindergartners. The past 3 times I’ve came to get the a1 burger - I kid you not - its looked exactly like the advertisement. Perfectly cooked and presented. I even called to compliment the cooks and management. The manager’s name was Sammi. She’s obviously a very competent worker, great job. Keep up that kind of work / service, it’s soooo lacking in todays world.
