Waited 15 minutes at the host area with a group of 8, no one ever came to seat us. Multiple employees looked at us. Finally we left. On our way out, one employee said "thanks for coming" and I told her no one served us in 15 minutes. She did not seem to care. 2 other groups waited with us and left as well. Very disappointing.

It's a chain restaurant. I think the food is pretty good. The service is normally pretty good. And their Monte Cristo is quite tasty. They have a nice selection of beer.

Asked for grilled onions. Was told it wasn't a problem. Didn't get them. Two dried out probably microwaved disgusting chicken breasts that were supposed to have their whisky BBQ sauce on. Nope. The bartender was nice. The food sucked. Go to Arby's.

We arrived there with no expectations and than were pretty let down within 20mins of arriving there was trash all around low amount of staff our waitress was not happy to be there lacked motivation to go above and beyond the food was horrible anything deep fried tasted like the grease tray hasn't been empty or changed in in a month the cooks didn't care about the presentation of the dishes I could go on and on but moral of the story if I wanted to pay 63 dollars for pig slop I would have go to a farm

One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant, ever. Decided to have our little Christmas get together for a few nurses and CNAs from my work at this restaurant. After 2 hours had not received our food order, no service except our initial visit from our server. Left without food, messed up checks, and very rude staff as we left. We were the last ones in the restaurant and still didn't receive service. Rarely do I leave a bad review but this was unfortunately was warrented.
I can understand slower service. A staffing issue, somebody is late...I can understand cold food. Too few waiters and waitresses & too many tables...However, the Chef needs to know. A cheesesteak sandwich... is chopped (steak) cooked on the grill with the cheese melting into the steak and the result gets served on the center of the bun. Not cooked separately and served on only the lower 40% of the bun. So, not exactly an appetizing meal. I'll not be back.

It was end of night, took almost long enough to get me to leave but the bartender that had WAY too much to cover, so I ordered. She was real nice but management should be ashamed for working their people so short. I know the pandemic caused this ... But Come On Man!

I loved Bennigan's for many years until they closed in 2007. Finding one of the newly opened locations was a pleasant surprise. All of the classic items were delicious and filling. We took home about 1/2 of our meals. The server was awesome. The restaurant, including the bathrooms, was very clean. The only downside was our hostess/greeter who sat us. She didn't really smile or welcome us at all. We would go back, however, as this is a brand we are glad to see around again!
