Globe Chophouse is so close to being a really good restaurant. A friend recommended it so we went a bit out of our usual radius to go, calling on Friday to get a table at 7:00 on Saturday night. The ambience is great so we looked around a lot as we had to wait over 30 minutes. The host didn’t seem aware of our reservation and said I think we can fit you in after the 30 minutes. Very good restaurant. Food is excellent and the décor is comfortable. Steaks are nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly. Interesting history about the building and the name. If you find yourself anywhere near Hartington, NE at meal time, I highly suggest you look them up.
