I get inflation, but how is it $12 for a box that used to cost $5 a few years ago with another item.You're taco bell, know your place. I used to take advantage of that multiple times a week, now I go about twice a year. I can get an actual burrito from linas across the street for less than that.It's gotta cause a feedback loop, with lost profits from less business necessitating a rise in prices, causing more customers to go elsewhere.

Awful experience. Long wait. Mean manager. Disorganized. I picked up for a disabled person, so couldn't tell you about the food quality, but inside is a mess. You shouldn't be outside smoking during a rush if you're supervising a bunch of teenagers.

One thing great about Taco Bell is that it is consistent. You pretty much get what you expect every time which is a fast tasty Mexican food with average quality and price.
Came in with my family tonight to eat. My food was wrong. I asked the kid behind the counter to fix it. The 4 employees behind the counter continued about their day ignoring me. When the manager finally helped me, I THANKED her for her time and for acknowledging me unlike her staff and she FLIPPED out. Very unprofessional and rude. She told me not to come back, but SHE is the reason I haven't been to this location in months. She's a horror Everytime I'm here.

My family ate here for dinner and were severely disappointed. Our food came out wrong and when we took it up to ask for it to be remade, the employees refused stating that it showed they made it correctly on the receipt. This was incorrect but we had no way of showing them as paper receipts are no longer offered. Additionally, the steak was hard and clearly old. We will not be returning to this location.
DON’T GO TO THE TACO BELL 8013 S. 84th street La Vista. The employees drink in the back of the store. That is why the food is made poorly. Do better Chris Rossel.

They forgot several items in my order. They also gave us food that barely resembled what’s advertised. I’m not looking for something perfect, but a chicken quesadilla should have chicken in it, right? Taste was nasty, like day old food.I would rather go to the one in Bellevue that actually cares.

Since they put in the kiosk to order , if you have to pay in cash forget it. The little teenager just kept rolling her eyes . Refused to take our order . Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes with no service . The lobby also was extremely dirty and the guy making the food was not wearing gloves .

Went thru drive thru last night, we did not receive the crunchy taco supreme, and my steak quesadilla had very little steak, so my husband went back up there, spoke to manager. And they were going to replace it, so when my husband got back home, they gave us so we thought a soft shell Supreme, and not my steak quesadilla, but another burrito supreme, so put in fridge to eat for lunch, literally they gave us someone else's order, all three items were spicy, and none of what was in my original order, or supposed to be replaced, we will never go there again, save yourself the time. And go to another taco bell. They were not busy either.
