Absolute garbage. Musty tasting ices tea, Rock hard bun, cold soggy disgusting fries and asked twice for no lettuce and guess what came on it?! You guessed it, lettuce. Even says it on the reciept. 1 meal and an extra burger...20$ expectations were low coming here, just not low enough.

Waited forever in the drive-thru line, just to have the employee ask me 3 times how I wanted on my Whopper, and they still made it wrong. Terrible service & obviously they need to train their employees on how to use their ordering system. Burger King is going downhill fast. I am going elsewhere from now on, and I would recommend the same for people who read this. Do not spend your money here.

Obviously the quality of food went down terribly due to things that happened to the employees during the pandemic. I give them some stars... but the attitudes sometimes were a bit weird and irritated. I get it completely. This rating is for the food. Stale buns, cold hamburgers we decided to not eat due to our worry getting food poisoning. I wish Burger King as a chain gets a break. Maybe if someone bought them out we'd see the food go back to the way it was. I'm not sure if they're going to close up around here with the bankruptcy but I wish them luck.

Woman that was working tonight did not give us fries or bbq sauce and shorted us 2 nuggets. Caught the fries and bbq sauce at the time and she tried arguing that we got what we asked for. When I got home and found I was shorted nuggets no one answered the store phone and the inbox is full so you cannot leave a message. I called several times and eventually workers started ignoring calls. They were not busy when I went just 30 minutes ago

Dining room is listed as open on Sunday till 11pm. Show up at 6:30 and the door is locked and can't get anyone to answer the door or the phone. Very disappointed!

The first time went there was 9:00 p.m. and the food was horrendous I got me a Whopper Whopper juniors and fries the Whopper was old and reheated crust around the edges and the fries were soggy and not done I went back the next day and they corrected it and made it

Family and I wanted to go to Burger King for lunch, we wanted to go inside because it was below freezing and we didn't want to sit in the car. However their lobby was closed, no posted sign or anything saying it was closed, it also didn't say their lobby was closed on their website. We decided to not go to this location.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a Texas Whooper with no lettuce and tomato and this is what I got. Fries were luke warm and greasy. I would understand if it was busy but I was the only one in the store and only one at the drive thru and there was four employees. Pathetic. Never again.

pulled up and the lady was nice, it took a little while for the fries to be done so she gave me a free slushie which was great, but then i got home and saw there was a dead gnat in the fries. I tried calling twice but they didn’t answer.

I'm so irritated it took me 10-15mins to place my order using their mobile app. Then I get up to the drive thru menu and they tell me they're closed and don't open till 9am it was like 8:15am because they are short staffed. Really? Ok I get that times are hard but you might want to let BK mobile know that so people can't order food when you're not even open. I know it's not the employees fault but update your hours on Google Map because I look at that before I order from any where. So I changed it for them!!!

I stopped in at 12:05 on September 2nd 2022 and the lobby was closed and you had to order through the drive thru. If you drive a truck or any vehicle too big to go through the drive thru then they will not serve you. I'm glad I didn't order online like I planned on doing. I guess some other company will get my business today.
