I came here when I had the day to spend in Lincoln, which usually means hitting up at least one brewery. Green Flash didn't disappoint. I sampled the Daisy Dukes...a beer with citrus and cinnamon notes (not a fan) and then had a pour of the Tropical DNA, a hazy IPA. It was hazy, light and refreshing. Good for a hot day in the Lincoln heat. Sadly, they don't serve food anymore, just unhealthy snacks, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five.
We went here on a Saturday. The bartender was pretty busy as it seemed like he was the only one there. We sat at the bar and shared a flight of several beers. They were all pretty good. After the bartender caught up with his work, he came over and chatted. It was interesting to find out that the brewery's name and some of their beers are all natural phenomenons! Would go here again!
