I ordered with a delivery app. The driver had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to pick it up. Not the first time that this has happened. I could have went across town and been home already. This McDonald's needs to get it together.

If we found a clean looking table the seats had food on them. No napkins out, out of ketchup cups, and when going to the counter to ask a question they were to busy in their chat circle to be bothered.

Avoid this McDs if you want to dine in. They refuse to take orders at the counter and direct everyone to the horrible kiosks which don't even offer a dine in option. Just really bad service all around.

What is wrong with customer service??!! Not once was "thank you" said! The only thing said to me was my total. I also had to honk for someone to come back to the window because we weren't given our straws.
