Food was extremely overpriced. The app plates that were brought out had food stuck to them. Waitress never refilled our drinks during the meal. The valentines menu did not have prices and I think that was on purpose. One of the smallest ribeyes I've ever had $65! Stay away from this place. Used to be good, but now there are many other places downtown that serve way better food.

These folks have an awfully high opinion of themselves, and you're not privy or part of that opinion.Kid-friendliness: The staff made an effort to *not* be kid friendly

I want to love this place and support businesses in downtown Norfolk but every time we go there it has been a bust.First time for dinner. Seated right away and orders taken and then 45 minutes later and a couple drinks down the waitress told us that our order never made it to the kitchen and “we could leave if we like”Second time for dinner. Made reservations and showed up on time for the restaurant to tell us that our reservation got cancelled on their end and offered to seat us at the bar. The food was fine but just disappointedThird time for breakfast. Maybe 4-5 other tables occupied. Took the waitress 20 minutes to acknowledge us. Once we put in our order another 35 minutes to receive our food and coffees. The coffees were lukewarm at best and the food was the same way as if they had been sitting out for a while ?

We stopped in for lunch while visiting family. No idea what to expect. It was very good. We all want to go back again on our next visit. Great food. Great service. Not intrusive, attentive. The place has a nice charm about it. We were able to visit without any struggle. I personally found the choice of music quite fun. Very high quality experience.

Waited for 20 minutes and never met our server. Unfortunately we took our business elsewhere.

We ate breakfast here in August (when I was visiting town) and loved it so much, we returned to 411 during a September trip to Norfolk. Both meals were delicious. For breakfast my husband had the corned beef and hash. I had eggs Benedict with fruit. For dinner our party had skirt steak, a ribeye, and grilled salmon. All three were tasty and ample serving sizes. I’ll definitely return again when I’m in Norfolk.

Had breakfast there. I had seen great reviews and was pleased to be there. I ordered corned beef and hash. Was surprised that the hash was overcooked hash browns. Menu did not clearly describe the meal. We had to request refills and remind the waitress that we wanted cream for the coffee. Very disappointed. Won't return.

Third time in as many years was not the charm. The cost to service and return ratio is just not worth it The food is good, but not great. The drinks are alright, but not that good. The service is acceptable, but not justifable given the number of other patrons.Dietary restrictions: We were able to find options for both gluten and dairy restrictions?

Burgers were great, fries were average, service was good. Music could have been turned down a notch or two. Great-looking bar, and it was nice to have chairs with a little cushion on them. Only complaint was it took 20 minutes to make 2 medium-rare burgers at lunchtime and we were 2 of 5 customers in the place. But the burger made me take a nap

First timer diner here and it was better than expected. The ambience, service, drinks and food were excellent to outstanding. The Reuben sandwich was excellent. The Bacon Mushroom & Swiss Burger was a tad overdone, otherwise, very good. The Fish and Chips were outstanding! I liked the homemade chips that accompanied the fish along with the sauces. It was bit overpriced at $21.00. The mixologist made the drinks to perfection, and they were reasonably priced. It was fairly busy for a Friday night at 7:30, which told me this was going to be good! The music was at a perfect volume so you could hear each other without having to yell. I also liked the fact Clover Pay is used to settle up the check. I see more and more restaurants are going this route. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Wow! This place absolutely nails it from start to finish. Every member of the staff is fantastic from the front of the house to the back. The food was awesome...especially the burgers! Fun but classy contemporary industrial atmosphere. We will make this a normal spot when in Norfolk.

We first experienced 411 last year. Relocating from the Southwest to the Midwest, in the beginning was challenging. It had been quite difficult to find a restaurant that actually was completely up to par, and served excellent food. 411 is a place to write home about, especially when it's an actual Chef, not just a cook, preparing a beautiful meal. A little piece of home is appreciated. 5 stars for quality, plates are beautiful, restaurant is clean and staff is friendly! We will always be a repeat customer and highly recommend 411 @ Norfolk.
