Used drive thru and waited a while for food Inside commented it is getting a line. Ordered beef and cheddar but didn’t get the cheese also ordered salted caramel cookies with Chocolate and didn’t receive with food. Waited for someone to come to window to tell them and repeated twice at pickup window what cookie I ordered and when home the gave me Reese’s cookies. Very disappointed.

Usually don't review fast food but the customer service was a 10/10 . Everyone was very friendly . I went to refill my soda and thr syrup was out and I didn't even have to ask the kind lady behind the counter was running over to see which one it was. You don't see customer service like this in fast food no more. Glad to see it's still around. Kudos to management and team
