The only reason it took us so long is because we couldn’t even find out how to get a refund. Finally got in touch with support, who is processing the refund, and still no one from the restaurant was actively doing anything. Not worth your time

I placed a mobile order around 10:15 (they close at midnight) since it’s by my place and i’m coming off from work. They were not busy at all, but had me wait an insane amount of time, and turned off their ordering screen to make it seem closed. I placed the mobile order with a half hour before getting here. Just not a welcoming atmosphere at all, I wish this wasn’t the only one close to my place that was also open late enough for me. Love the burger king on millard though.

Burger King GM is my least favorite job of all time and I LOVE restaurant operations. That said I know full well tyke budget constraints you deal with and unreasonable expectations and yet you all still smile! Fyi- everyone is hiring you can do so much better! Burger King will steal your soul a day at a time. Run run

First off. I would like to say that the old lady that always seems to be on the drive thru and going back and forth. She is awesome she should not have to deal with working with lazy rude employees. The lady at the front counter (short hair glasses bigger set) just seemed to want to have an attitude to be cute or something. Came up asked for ranch and zesty. Said she would need to charge. (No problem. Seems ridiculous but paid anyways). But when asked for ketchup packets because the ketchup machine wasn't working for a sec. Instead of just saying "sorry about that, here you go" she proceeds to say "well there's probably an air bubble the bag is full" with an attitude. Then goes to open the ketchup dispenser to fix it then proceeds to say something rude under her breath to the guy cleaning the counter (bald red shirt glasses) and they proceed to laugh. The store is empty we are the only 2 there and we sat by the ketchup dispenser. Like the ugly terrible disgusting attitude for literally no reason is unacceptable. Especially her just standing at the counter not doing anything while the old lady working on drive thru. She's a real MVP.

The kid with dreads looking like kel from good burger was on his cell phone in the food window. He forgot my burger but wanted to be stingy with ranch. We were headed out of town so had to turn around and when we went back he didn't even say thank you. Like couldn't be bothered to care at all.

Place has gone downhill. I asked for fresh off the grill, and it was fresh from the microwave. My order is never right. Always have to check it and have them fix it, and not this location but all of them. And they don't have the staff, So they have hours that vary. Could be open for breakfast one day closed the next. Miss the quality that they had in the past now you have no idea what you are getting

This location is either amazing or awful. Guys. My preg gf wanted 2 impossible whopper meals with 3 sides of honey mustard. Ofc babe I'll order it. No honey mustard when I got home and who's in trouble? And the location won't answer the phoneI'm screwed.

Just left this location. It is 10:58pm and it states they are open til 1Am. The parking lot was dark as night, no lights. There was 2 cars in the lot, one of which was on and running with people inside and no one in the other car. I still went through the drive thru but no luck. Not sure if the cars belong to employees that weren’t doing their job or randos doing casual meet ups. Regardless, I won’t be back. If this location is not open until 1am then please update your information to reflect a such.
