They have been short on staff at this location for months. The dining room closes often and if they will shut down the Long John Silver's side all together. Those that show up seem to be giving it their best but at the end of the day service is slow and chances are they aren't serving some of the food you expected.
Food was ok just a little greasy, but what's up with closing at 7pm , you should at least keep it open the same amount of time that the KFC is open after all they're in the same building

I stop by to pick up food for my grands. No fish on the Long John Silver part. Only original chicken. So I ordered bowls and pot pie. We was given the ordered and got home. It was not even what I ordered. We had to go back with leaving hungry grands until we can go back to straighten out the order.
