Ordered with an older female in the drive through on Feb. 28. After receiving my order incorrectly, I repeated the order. She could be heard laughing, whether because she wasn’t paying attention or intentionally it was distasteful. After receiving the order incorrectly a 3rd time I asked for the manager. Needless to say that person in the drive-thru got off and the manager tried to deescalate a situation that could have been avoided. Even after hearing the manager dealing with the situation the staff was dismissive.

It seems like we're always missing something, wait for a mobile order for half an hour so we have to go in and get it and they seem bothered when you ask for your missing items.

I hope they build that 3rd window soon. The only constant at this location is that every visit will have an issue. From orders wrong to employees that don't want to be there. Expect nothing from this location and get even less. Drive down the road to Arby's. It's the same price and has much better food and service.

Couldn't get the app to function properly, kept telling me my email address was invalid, so couldn't get app discount and had to use kiosk to order for 8 of us incl 6 lil ones. Very frustrating. That needs to change before I go back.

Highly rude employees. We sat down wait for order since now they come to you. Hubby pulled out his vape so he wouldn't sit on it. Than employee rudly came up to us and accused us of using vape inside and it was just sitting on table ..funny thing was she did right in front of management all she could say was sorry she new . Didn't offer us anything

There’s a man here w a yellow vest dark blue shirt I think he’s part of the cleaning crew and this man is so kind, he got me socks for my kids to play in the play place, getting sauce for people, helping the food crew. Just a real kind man. He deserves a raise.
