This is my second time eating here and the pizza is pretty good! Definitely a step up from any pizza chain. The first time I went I had a good experience, though nothing remarkable, which is honestly what I want when I pick up a pizza. I mean I was only in there for 5 minutes. I saw this as a nearby pizza place on Yelp and figured I would give it a try. I placed an order for a large traditional crust pepperoni and was told it would be done in a quick 20 minutes. When I arrived it was just being put in the box, however unfortunately one of the kids that rang it in did "thin" crust instead of traditional. The owner was apologetic and gave me the thin for free while they corrected the order. It was ready in less than 10 minutes. I won't be shaving off...read full review
Olive & Ash is trying to walk the thin line between delivering pizza quickly while maintaining quality, and that's not easy. They don't do it perfectly, but it's about as good as you'll find in Omaha. The flavors of the pies are most excellent. The tomato sauce is sweet, but not overwhelmingly so, and the meatballs and pepperoni add nice punches of fatty, salty goodness. The biggest problem with this restaurant is crust variance.
