Just bought a bike and accessories from the team at OBC. The owner took the time to make sure I got the right bike in the right size and that all the accessories fit my needs and my style of cycling. The staff mechanic added all the lights, bells, bags and racks as I was picking them out -- I was in and out in an hour, ready to ride.
Bicycles and coffee and awesome people, oh my! Sarah and the team are great and there's a real sense of community here! They know their bikes, especially bike fit questions and are excited to chat with guests! Always stop in when I'm around!

Over-the-top customer service from entire team—Austin, Sam, Sara. Super chill, friendly, knowledgeable. Matched me with a great Jamis hybrid perfect for my old-man back. The store itself just makes me smile, from the layout to the product displays to the lighting to the coffee bar (!). Obvious care given to product selection, with Jamis and Salsa bikes, Abus helmets, and Ortlieb panniers on offer.
