Delivery driver sat in front of our house eating pizza, then threw a bunch of half eaten pieces and garbage on the road and in our yard. I can only imagine what they do to customers' food based on that.

So my wife ordered food and when it was being delivered, the delivery lady straight walked up in our place and then walked out as my wife walked to the door. No "Sorry" or anything. Our garlic butter was opened, and I'm letting it be known we WILL NOT order from here again. She called and the person who answered the phone twice hung up on her. If anyone knows how to get in touch with corporate I would greatly appreciate the information.

I ordered delivery on the app & didn't notice that an old phone number. Est delivery time was 35-47min. After 1hr & 10-15min I check the app and it says "delivered". I call the store & they said the driver noted that they called multiple times, but no answer so they left. After figuring out the number was wrong, the guy on the phone asked me to come pick up the pizza. Then he said it's too late to send another delivery person. I asked if there's anything else we could do & he said I could get a voucher for my next pizza to be free. Instead I asked for a refund. Let me repeat - I HAD TO ASK FOR A REFUND. I was genuinely shocked they didn't refund me when they didn't deliver & I actually had to ask.After the call, I check the porch cam. Nobody knocked or even pulled into my driveway. Camera shows they pulled up along side the house, stopped, and left.Since when did the delivery drivers have to talk to you on the phone to deliver? It's a residential house... no codes or security doors... driveway was completely accessible.I'm just astounded. Were they just going to keep my money? Not only did they blame me, but they did NOTHING to make it right. I don't know why I'd ever trying ordering pizza from this location again.

We ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas online through the app. Apparently, my clumsy fingers hit the wrong sauce for my pregnant wife’s pizza and when it arrived, quickly and hot she was disappointed. I called the store to reorder it, and they kindly remade it for free despite my insistence that I pay for it. THIS is excellent customer service and I will be patronizing this store as my go to pizza joint moving forward. Thank you!

Seriously every time I order from this store they get it wrong. I don’t want to call back again because I don’t want them to think I am just wanting free stuff. But seriously?!?!? Every freaking time there is something wrong. This latest time I ordered it with bacon. I know small request but I paid for that. Get your stuff together people. I shouldn’t have to feel bad about calling for your mistake but because it is everytime I order it makes me look bad. So thanks for that.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Our pizza was RAW. Completely undercooked. Disgusting. Inedible. Don't waste your time and money.

I just ordered 2 of the Chicken Alfredo Papa Bowls and they were nothing more than a tiny layer of just toppings baked in the bowl that added up to be about 5 bites after scraping it all together in a pile. It was super salty. I will never order this again. This shouldn't even be a menu item. $7.99 for this? Really??

SO GROSS! Saw the lady working there take cash then go and prepare food without washing her hands. So disgusting the worste part is the manager saw it and said nothing.

Expensive with the delivery fee, and then I gave them 20% tip. They didn't deliver to my room. They left it at the front counter. The whole purpose for getting delivery was so that I didn't have to leave my room... I am only here for the week for work. I will not buy from there again..

Really goofy made pizza , they put the cheese on top last after the meats. . . and ends up looking like a big mess, Gross, also for some reason the stuff tasted weird and not enuf red sauce . . . . dominoes would have tasted better. . .. . .will not order here again. . .and the wings were so small it was funny . . . but not really those cost $10 . . just a SLOPP PIZZA PLACE . .

Food arrived fairly quickly and it was very good IMO.Much better experience than the Dominoes I kept ordering from down the street. I think papa John’s will be my new go to, since the dominoes in the area is just horrendous. Wings were better than I thought they would be. Cute little container that holds sauce nicely ?Keep it up and you all should crush the competition. Cuz no other place around here cares enough to try at all.

I never got my food deliver. When I call them they say they didn't have any delivery driver and had to use door dash . But door dash never showed up. They didn't apologize. They said they renew the order or give me points. I just told them to canceled the order.
