I usually have a great experience at Spin, but today wasn’t awesome. I made a to go order right around open (11) for meatballs, a salad and flatbread. I’d never tried to meatballs so didn’t know what to expect. There were four large meatballs in the container, one of them was completely charred on one side and a darker brown on the inside. The others were light colored and not burnt. They were fine, but the fact that the charred meatball was put in the container in the first place made me question the whole meal and whether I’d taken a bite out of a meatball gone bad. The salad was fine, but the rosemary flatbread looked carelessly thrown into the sleeve and didn’t taste as fresh as usual. Just a bit disappointed. Don’t let this deter you from trying if you’re curious. I’m sure the meatball was just an oversight and probably doesn’t happen often. As previously stated, I usually have a great experience.

We came in 20 min till close trying to grab some food, we were told the oven doesn’t work but we could get a salad or pasta to go. Crazy to think how many places don’t want to make money.. also I feel your business hours should change if need be so there is no confusion.

We ordered Spin via DoorDash and overall it was good, but one of the pizzas was a Spinach Garlic pizza, which has three toppings (spinach, garlic and pine nuts) and there were no pine nuts on it. How do you forget one of three ingredients?? The prosciutto pineapple pizza was good, as was the Greek salad. The minestrone soup was spicy but oddly flavorless. Would order again and hope for a little better attention to detail next time. Cookies were delish!

We ordered the rosemary flatbread with spreads (hummus and red pepper), chicken pesto pizza, and gelato. All were delicious. I also ordered a sangria which was not good — they happily refunded the purchase and apologised. Very satisfied with how they handled it.
