Got a chicken quesadilla at maybe 6:30 pm on a Wednesday. My wife got a chalupa. The chicken in my quesadilla was like rubber or plastic and the shell on my wife’s chalupa was stale and old. Hard as a rock. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but when I’m spending nearly 30 dollars for two people to eat, I expect it to edible. This is ridiculous.

Too long of a wait for my order to be ready, only to get home and find out what was missing. There was a guy in plain clothes behind the counter that asked how long we'd been waiting and he offered us desserts and drinks, which was appreciated.

I have a friend who is employed there who they made come to work covid positive and is extremely sick and was told just to wear a mask so i would avoid this place unless you want to be exposed to covid!!!

Taco Bell off of 144th and Center. I got the Deluxe Craving Box with a soft shell taco ordered with only added sour cream, a Beefy 5 layer easy on the nacho cheese and a chalupa. Ate dine in, the first issue was when I asked for both our large drink cups I was ignored, a couple times until I had to raise my voice. Then when I got the food I went back to our table with it and before I could even unwrap chalupa there was a medium curly black hair inside the wrapper sticking out. I have medium-longer split dye hair. Half brown half yellow, that was not my hair. I went up for it to be either remade or refunded and I was completely ignored again until I flatout yelled. Then when I asked the lady for the STORE MANAGER, she tried to tell me she was. I don't have an issue with people who's first language isn't English however the issue comes in when I'm not being understood. She tried to tell me that I unwrapped my food, then wrapped it back up and brought it up with the hair separate. THEN she tried to say it's my hair bc it "looks like your hair", I know my hair and that was not mine, especially when I opened the box and immediately pulled the hair out and brought it up within the minute of getting the food to the table. When she said she was the store manager, we then proceeded to ask for HER boss's number to which "she didn't have that" but then changed it to "she can't contact them". You're not a store manager if you don't have an accessible list for your employees numbers. Then when I gave up, after she insisted that shes the store manager but cant contact anyone, I said I would just contact HR then and i wanted HER name, she threw her hands up and walked away saying "oh you'll call HR?" Like it was a joke, to which I started dialing the number then and there. The REAL store manager heard the commotion, pulled her away and proceeded to remake the entire box and give us coupons, when all I wanted was a simple remake of a chalupa.
Has to be one of the worst Taco Bells in the area. First they were out of all drinks. Then our food was handed to us in a plastic bag! All for them to forget one of our tacos and the rest be

Good location! My order is always accurate (and I have some complicated requests), quick and delicious. The employees are very respectful as well, especially the tall young man who works in the afternoons. He’s always very helpful and kind.

The Taco Bell on 17130 Evans Plz in Omaha, NE is the worst in customer service I have ever experienced. We waited for 10 minutes at the counter to be waited on. I asked a person making orders if anyone that could take our order and she said no. We left and will not return. No excuse for this kind of service.

One person taking order and preparing the food. He was very polite and the food was good. We had two orders that were vegetarian and they were correct as well, this is not alway the case at other Fast food restaurants.
