Well zero customer service. Bad rap music. I've no clue what the game plan is but it's not working for me. My food took forever there was nobody else waiting inside for food when I asked where my food was they said the Drive through was packed. I looked out and seen 2 cars. Well I suppose packed is in the eye of the beholder. And the food hum taco bell I survived so I will again call it a win. Will not return.

Ordered food at 8:00PM last night. Was set to pick up at 8:30. Arrived at 8:35 and my food was not ready. 8:45 food “just came up”…. 9:05 food was given to someone else…. They didn’t check anyone’s information, order numbers nothing. I watched 10+ door dashers show up. And watched 3 walk away and one drive away. They all sat and waited for 20+ minutes. Do not go here. The one on 72nd is so much better.

We ordered hard shell tacos and the shells were broken. The burritos were 90percent beans. Called and spoke to the manager who was very rude and did not offer to do anything in fact she hung up. Also the tacos and Burritos were very sloppier wrap with food falling out. The lettuce on tacos was

Employees were great and put together a large Togo order for a breakfast meeting I had at work. When I picked up, the cashier was very rude and said ‘Tis the season to be jolly’ insinuating she wanted a cash tip. There’s no tip prompt on credit cards and I had no cash, so she stormed off swearing about how saying thanks wasn’t enough for all that f’in food they made for me. Awkward and not jolly
Never open till 3am change hours so we don't drive here for no reason.

This location is hit or miss. I visited one week and had an enthusiastic man greet me, but then there was an extra item in my bag, no sauce, and no napkins. On another visit, the attitude greeting me was different with an overwhelmed intonation, but my order was made perfectly and I received my sauce. I've never been given napkins with my drive thru orders. That's okay, I'm pro Earth and going green too. ? ?

Worst drive through for door dash an hour wait just for a door dash i even. Called asking if I can get the food out of my car because I saw the line all the way to the street and they said no that I have to go through the drive through
