Order said it was ready and pick up at counter for take out. I waited an additional 5 minutes and finally someone on the back line looked up at the counter and I asked about my food (lady had just come back from break), and she didn't say a word.... she just pointed to the drive thru window. What? I need to go to the drive thru instead of what my order stated? Pick up? She turned around and not another word was said. 5 minutes after that, the drive thru guy brings my order up to the take out counter shelves. Everything inside was cold and chips had to have been just thrown in, because they were scattered all over inside. Really disappointed this time around. Oh!!! That soft shell taco I received? Rolled it up so tight that it was half the size of a dollar bill.. .. folded in half! Disgusting!

My wife went through the drive through at this location. The staff was asking her personal questions, regarding her occupation. I would love to know what that has to do with fulfilling an order at Taco Bell. Do they do something different with the food, depending on what one does for a living? It seems like a privacy issue that the franchise owner needs to address. We will not be going to this location any longer.

Employee was a prick when asked why I couldn’t order and eat inside via the kiosk and use tap to pay, but I can go thur the drive thru then take it in and eat. Says I was being disrespectful by asking a legitimate question as to why this stupid rule exists.

Did dine in ordered my food 15 minutes later had to ask for it they were busy making everybody else’s food in the drive-through first the guy behind me ordered after me and got his food before me. Then my order was wrong and went to remake it and only made half of it, right Realize I’d spend 40 minutes at Taco Bell trying to get food. I will never go there again.

Went in for dinner tonight cause we had a lot of appointments for my boyfriend’s ankle. I knew something wasn’t right while I was eating but I was hungry. Ate and immediately felt my stomach hurt. Fast forward it is now 10:40 and I am throwing up from poorly handled food that wasn’t kept at the right temp. Super

Employees at 6pm today huff and puff when I add simple fries to my order once at the window. Order 2 nacho bel grandes and only receive 1 AGAIN!!!! Ice cold chicken in the taco. Always something at this location. Would like my $6 back
