I went to this location last night. Not only was my order wrong but I pull a long nasty black hair out of my food. Called to get my money back and i have gotten a busy signal since last night. When i called another store to see if they are affiliated i was screamed at and hung up on! DM needs to know about the services these stores are providing.

the 90th and fort location is pretty quick and clean. the shift supervisor man (long dreads) is the nicest guy and always takes care of me and my family. thanks a lot.

Ordered a chicken quesarito with chunk chicken instead of shredded chicken. Finally get my food and I ask the lady who made my food if she is sure it is chunk chicken. She assured me it was. I get home and the burrito is huge and I can clearly tell it us wrong. 1st bite is nothing but rice, beans and quacamole. So over the next hour I try to contact the store via telephone. Busy signal every time. Never did get through, and I'll just give taco bell my money for free. Not very good communication.

This Taco Bell is sick. Some dude sings to us in the drive thru and has some fire pipes ?? AND when we go in- always clean and whoever is on aux plays some HEAT ?? Our fav Taco Bell to go to.

I came to the drive thru on 1/26/24 around 8pm. Ok, I admit it. I had a huge order. And they KILLED it! To be honest with how much we got we were expecting something to be missing or wrong but they got EVERYTHING right! The person at the window even took the short time to write what each drink was. I know it seems like meeting the bar but with how other Taco Bell’s operate and constantly get things wrong it was like 5 star dining. Who ever is running this location needs a RAISE.

A cat person works here.I didn’t know cats could work the register, let alone add and subtract.
Must have change the menu. Pulled up to the window and was immediately asked can I help you no time to read the menu. It appears they change the menu, didnt see any combos or the left half light out. Bought four Taco Supremes all four of them had about one tablespoon or less of meat, a lot of lettuce sour cream and barely any cheese not worth the $10.76. Will go back to Taco John's there you get more taco meat unless pricey.

This Taco Bell has a Jamaican working there that will decline your bank card on purpose to force you to use cash. He then pockets the cash and gives you change. I asked him why he did that and he told me to mind my biss then I go home eat my chalupa and two hours later my stomach hurts bad I ended up with diarrhea and I believe he's telling the staff workers to add something to ppl that make him mad. Do not go eat at this taco hell

absolutely abhorrent staff members, the manager was rude when i came in to grab my order and attempted to pick up extra sauces from the lobby. i was stared down by the rest of the staff until i left the facility.
