Google says you're open until 3, Taco Bell website says you're open until 3, YOUR DRIVE-THRU WINDOW SIGN SAYS YOU'RE OPEN UNTIL 2 A.M. OR LATER DAILY, yet you tell us you took your last order for the night before 1 A.M. on Saturday-Sunday night!

Forgot two items, and the cinnamon twists were nearly inedible due to fryer oil that has obviously gone

Took it back to the counter the guy looked at my hair and my granddaughters hair I said its not our hair you can clearly see its part of someone's weave! Didn't get I'm sorry how can I make it better nothing at all! Won't be going back ever!!

I tried to go to taco bell in Omaha on 5310 S 108th St, Omaha NE 68137. It says they close at 3:00 A.M. On Fridays but that was not the case. I pulled about a hour 2:15 a.m. The sign outside and the interior lobby lights were off but I still hoped they were open in the drive thru. There were literally 3 cars parked in the parking lot near the door so I figured workers were there and ready. I pulled up to the drive through ordering menu and no one greeted me at the kiosk. The lights were also off on the menu board. I waited 2-3 minutes and no one ever answered. Recommend this "location" (if you can even call it that anymore) adjust their hours. Apparently it is too easy to slack off if it's late and you turn it the lights off to pretend you are closed.

First, it's fast food. So, tailor your expectations accordingly. Second, it's Taco Bell not authentic Mexican. Again, tailor your expectations accordingly. Finally, working fast food is a crap job that even you don't want. So, you guessed it, tailor your expectations accordingly. Most of the hate stems from ONE thing - the drive thru. Seriously, stop using the damn drive thru. The fact that your butt is seemingly glued to your car seat is the root of 90% of your bad experiences at fast food. What's even crazier are the people who say "every time I come here they screw up my order" but keep coming back. If you're not exaggerating and this TB is really that inaccurate that often, then you're kind of stupid for continuing to come back, aren't you? Do you just thrive on rage? Do you just like having something to complain about? Are you unaware of the 20+ other Taco Bells in the Omaha metro area?Do yourself a favor:1. Park your damn car.2. Order and pay using their app (this completely eliminates the possibility of the order being entered incorrectly as you're the one doing the order entry - if it's entered incorrectly it's because you screwed up and not them).3. Open your car door.4. Get out.5. Walk inside and get your food (at this point I am probably blowing your mind, but bear with me).6. Check your food thoroughly before leaving.7. Satisfaction will ensue.Or, better yet. Eat it inside when it's hot and fresh. Normalize eating hot fresh food AT the restaurant. Instead of warm, soggy, wilted food at home.

Don't go to this location. They won't answer the drive thru. After waiting for about 5 minutes, i drove around to the front door. When i finally saw someone, they waved me off. I pointed at my phone because i had an online order and wanted to know what to do. The lady just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. This was after they were supposed to be open. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with this lady having an additude. It's not hard to tell people over the speaker that you aren't open.

Not many people were eating in the restaurant. I had ordered via the phone app. The food was not ready when I arrived. The front clerk attempted to give me someone else's order and was just downright annoying.Didn't realize that they have strawberry flavored crispos, not my taste. The portions were small but tasted good. This is one of the better Taco Bells that I have been to in Omaha.

We will never be returning to this location ever again. They didn't give us everything we ordered, so we waited at the window for our chips and cheese. Instead of putting the 2 orders of chips and cheese in a bag, the guy just started handing them to us separately out of the window. And then when we got home, we noticed the chips had a weird almost chemical taste to them and the cheese was brown. I had to spit it out and throw both orders of our chips and cheese away. Very disappointed! We will be sticking to the LaVista location from now on.
