Good coffee and a good cause! This coffee shop is a must try in The Quarters neighborhood (new name for the neighborhood that's not quite Midtown and not Old Market either). I've loved coming here to study, meet up with people, and relax with a cozy coffee. And it's for a good cause! Profits go towards clean water efforts. Met the owner, Sarah, several times and she's just the most wonderful human being. She experiments with home-made syrups for the lattes and she's frequently changing the seasonal syrups. Some of her featured/seasonal drinks have been maple syrup lattes, lavender lemonade, nitro floats, and Vietnamese coffee. The cherry on top is their commitment to no plastic straws. In summary, this is cute coffee shop with a wonderful mission. The owner knows what she's doing with coffee and homemade syrup! Highly recommend Well Grounded!

This place is a little off the beaten path as far as coffee shops go. But, it is worth the hunt if you want a good brew. Amazing coffee and delicious pastries. The girl working was also so friendly and accommodating to me as I perused the menu. I will definitely be back in the future.
