Chick-Fil-A Offers New Type Of Burrito On Its Menu
It was just last year that Chick-fil-A introduced its Egg White Grill for the health conscious breakfast eaters. At the same time, at the majority of the chain's restaurants, the Spicy Chicken Biscuit Sandwich was silently removed from the menu.
Today, the company has introduced a new breakfast deal that will satisfy some taste buds - the Breakfast Burrito.
Chick-fil-A's recently released Hash Brown scramble, which is a protein-packed breakfast bowl, is comprised of scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage or chicken nuggets and tater tot-like hash browns that can now be piled into a burrito.
Both the bowl and burrito includes the Jalapeno salsa if customers want it.
The breakfast bowl and tortilla are the results of Chick-fil-A testing items similar to them in various markets across the nation in the last year or more. The Hash Brown Scramble Burrito will replace the current Breakfast Burrito that's been offered for many years. The Breakfast Burrito comprised of chicken, scrambled eggs, cheese, peppers and onions.
For fans of the original, there's not much of a difference between it and the new burrito.
The company is also testing the restaurant's new family-size meals and side such as bacon baked beans and mac and cheese in various U.S. cities. If they work out, perhaps they'll do it without causing too much of an uproar to the menu items already listed.
