Papa John's Allows Customers To Make An Order Through Its Facebook Page
Papa John's Pizza fans can now use social media to order their favorite pizza from the chain.
Papa John's Facebook page is equipped with a "Start Order" button, enabling fans to quickly order their favorite foods such as pizza, sides and desserts. When people order through the Facebook page, they can type in FBIX and get 25% off the regular menu prices.
There are several ways in which customers can order their pizza without leaving Facebooks page. They can either go through the chain's Facebook page or go through the Timeline's "Order Food" option, as noted by the hamburger icon.
Papa John's Global CMO Brandon Rhoten said they love the idea that Facebook is offering its active users the ability to order food, and the company was happy to be the first pizza brand to join in on the idea.
Along with the integrated ordering feature, the pizza chain is looking for new ways to offer customers the best digital experience.
Papa John's Chief Information and Digital Officer Mike Nettles said the goal is to reach out to their customers no matter where they are, making it easy for them to order anytime.
