Was able to order way ahead of delivery. Ordering wraps specified how the wraps come without changes. Also allowed changes. My sandwich original recipe had swiss on it I wanted it but did not make any cheese subs. My food came with no cheese on either sandwich. Also be more careful with pickles in sandwich when putting chips in the same box. I offer these picky things as constructive criticism. I still was satisfied with my sandwich and it was probably my misunderstanding of your online ordering system.

We stopped into Wrap City in Amherst and were immediately greeted by Brendan, who was super friendly and outgoing. Right away he asked if we’d been in before and whether we usually stick to a go-to order or switch it up each time. It was a small gesture, but it really stood out—he made an effort to connect and start a genuine conversation, not just take our order and move on.
Brendan also offered a couple of his personal sandwich recommendations, which was actually helpful and made the whole experience feel a bit more personal. It’s rare to walk into a spot and have someone go out of their way like that. Definitely left a good impression, and we appreciated the extra bit of effort.

WOW! This is the first time I went here. I got the Jersey Greek, and it was AMAZING. The olives were a little salty, but everything else was perfect. I've been looking for an alternative place to eat that isn't super expensive while also being healthy, and I think I found it! The wrap, plus chips and the tip, was barely over 14 bucks! I was a little worried because of other reviews, but everything was fresh and it was delicious. I don't know what they do to their chips but 100% would buy them separately. They aren't super salty and they have a twinge of sweetness to them. Plus, I am super full after eating that. Not enough to feed 2 people, but they don't cheap out on the wrap. I meant to take a picture but it was so good that suddenly it was gone!

Gluten free options are available.Roman Delight had chicken which tasted like microwave meat and rubber texture. The Cap Codder was the better option. The chips are always hard and salty. We end up throwing them away. It’s too bad they do not have another options.Tables always need a wipe down before eating.

Today my company had an off-site Senior Meeting. We ordered from Wrap City in Amherst NH. The manager helped me double check the two owners' lunch and the new CEO's lunch. All of the lunches had everyone's name on it, so there was no confusion of who had what. The order was ready on time and they helped me bring the food to my car. We will definitely be using this restaurant again for future meetings. Thank you for all of your help.
