I never complain about food or service. But I have to here. I left a tip when I shouldn't have. Sat for thirty minutes while other people who arrived later than my table was being served. I saw my waitress twice the whole two hour we were here. I will never eat at this location ever again. STAY AWAY!

Everything was great as usual ! Our waiter , who I can't remember his name , I want to say Devin ,but he was awesome!! Just an all around great waiter ! We love coming to this Longhorns , we have never had a bad experience !
It's sad that inflation has affected everywhere these days. My porterhouse was not only the smallest I've ever seen but the quality wasn't up to Longhorn standard. Way too much gristle.

Update: Thank you so much to the very kind gentleman I spoke with today! He seemed so sincere & honestly deserves some praise for his customer service skills in my opinion :) I unfortunately did not catch his name (i'm so bad at that lol), but i'm sure the manager who came out to hand my card back, knows who I am talking about. They did end up having my card, & confirmed my ID before giving it back.Visited this location around noon today for lunch with my little brother. I am pretty positive that I accidentally left my credit card behind. We were looking forward to leaving there & going to adopt a kitten, after having to put our family dog down yesterday. I admittedly got a little distracted, & he was pretty eager, & I believe I left my card in the holder for the bill, as this is the ONLY place I used it today. I called maybe 2 hours after our lunch to ask about said card, & was pretty disheartened by the lack of interest from the girl who answered the phone. She was clearly only half paying attention to what I was saying, giggling with whoever, & trailing off mid-sentence when asking about my info. I think any rational human can understand how anxiety inducing it is to lose your card, & I was a bit frustrated. I will be back tomorrow to ask someone about my card face to face.

Longhorn is honestly the best place to eat in concord. The food is always so hot and fresh, even when I get takeout, and it’s so consistent. I’ve never had a bad experience and I eat a LOT of longhorn! The price is also amazing!!! Great food for a great price, 10/10 every time.

This experience was exceptional, I'm a monthly visitor and the 5 star represents an improvement to 5 star from 4 which was awarded because of consistency and quality. After a dozen visits without issue deserves the upgrade.Updated 2/24 -Umm, Still 5 Star experiences... (I'm reminded this is just a "longhorn" but they exceed regularly) service and quality consistency is highly valued, thank you!
