Didn't get to take pictures, but the peanut butter chocolate cake was amazing. The staff was very helpful at this last minute order. The scones and muffins were good too. Can't wait to go back and try more.

A few years ago, I got my mom a super chocolaty custom birthday cake from this bakery. I was kinda worried about the price since it was my first time ordering from there. But when I got the cake, I was stoked to see how awesome it looked. And when we tasted it, we were all blown away. I'm usually more into pies than cakes, but that one cake from a few years back was something else. It wasn't too sweet—just the right amount—and the frosting was amazing. I haven't needed to buy another birthday cake since then, but I'd totally go back to that place if I ever do!

I recently put in a custom order at the last minute for three cakes for my son’s 1st birthday (after a different baker canceled on us). Not only were they able to accommodate the quick turnaround, the cakes were absolutely delicious! I ordered a 10 inch lemon raspberry, a 10 inch chocolate, and a small smash cake for the baby. I was nervous about the reviews complaining about the buttercream frosting so I was sure to specify American buttercream. Both flavors were a hit with everyone at the party. The cakes were moist, had a perfect density, and the frosting was the right amount of sweet. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because they made the smash cake chocolate when I asked for white or lemon cake (I specifically asked for no chocolate cake or frosting). Chocolate smash cake for a baby wasn’t ideal for photos. Other than that the cakes were great and I’d definitely order again!

Best quiche in town. The egg is soft and fluffy. They must beat the eggs well or something. Get the quiche reheated it only take 5 mins. I could seriously eat a dozen in one sitting. IT’S YUMMY!!!

Always incredible, from the service to the quality of the baked goods and drinks! And speaking of the drinks, do not sleep on Crust and Crumb's lattes- they will surprise you in a good way! The quiches have a special place in my heart as well, since they are so creamy and never overcooked, just the way a quiche should be.Other notes:-wide selection of Spindrift flavors-use Contoocook Creamery milk (local and tasty!)-option to sort of "pay it forward" within the community through the "pick me up" notes (you pay for a specific item - a scone, a coffee, a quiche, etc. - and it gets put on a post-it note for someone else to snag no questions asked later on)

This bakery was great! We ordered 4 dozen cupcakes and they turned out amazing. Would order from here again!
Had my wedding cake and whoopie pies made by Allison and crew. Cake was 2 tiers, first was coconut cake with coconut cream and second was lemon raspberry. Our whoopie pies were regular chocolate and salted caramel. Everything was absolutely delicious, the cake was beautiful and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend The Crust and Crumb for your special day or just a weekday snack.

We've tried many of their fabulous baked goods and every one has been perfectly delicious! Apple tarts are a personal favorite.

Too many pastries to choose from, if that can even be considered a negative!Opted for a mini two tier funfetti cake, apple whoopie pie, magic bar and a mini ham and swiss quiche. All desserts are exactly as you wouldn't want them to be, delectable! We waited a little long for the quiche to be heated, but it was an absolutely delicious buttery, flakey pastry crust and creamy custard egg filling. I could have ordered all the savory varieties to try.

This bakery is one of the best smelling places on Earth. I’m hesitant to review because; it’s such a gem you don’t want to share it. However I’ve purchased two of their largest cakes for my daughter and they are absolutely delicious. Truly something Heavenly.
