The Sewer Hour
We bought snack and bacon it’s was cold bagel minis were cold they were very rude!! They told us the bacon was supposed to be cold when it’s not because I’ve gone to another Dunkin’’s before and it’s never been cold. I don’t need to be getting sick from cold bacon. I didn’t even look cooked! This why I never come to this one! There are better Dunkin’s to go to!!!

HEATHERRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!! Ok, Dunkin Donuts has its issues, we can all agree on that... HOWEVER!!!, every now and then you get an employee that goes above and beyond to make things right (which is how it used to be, and should STILL be..) Heather at the Crystal Ave location is THAT employee. Thank you Heather, for being that person, you rock!

Placed a mobile order went to pick it up was asked my name told the employee my name reached for my drink that was the only one there not busy at all had the drink in my hand employee proceeded to yank the drink out of my hand yelled at me saying it wasn’t mine spilled it all over me and realized she made a mistake never apologized just pushed back towards me in the spilled coffee all over the counter never will go there again

It took forever for anyone to help us. We had to say hello at the drive through, staff seemed annoyed to have to wait on us. It was disappointing. The hot chocolates we ordered were good.
