I visit this Dunkin's every morning before work. I typically order a coffee (which is normally perfect every time) and a bagel. I ALWAYS ask for the bagel to be extra toasted. I sometimes even double check in the drive thru. This morning, my bagel was not even toasted. I spend a crazy amount of money at Dunkin (this location in particular). If someone is spending $8 each time they order, make it to their liking. I also contacted corporate this morning with a photo. Stop taking peoples hard earned money if you are going to be lazy.

Was a brief in and out for a mobile order, but the staff was prompt and friendly. Coffee was delicious and the donut was still fresh even after 4pm. Probably the nicest dunks I've ever been to, both in service and atmosphere.

If you aren’t gonna have walk in orders, and only drive-through orders on the mobile app, you should really update it so it reflects that. I walked out of my car to find the door locked, and I’m sitting here in the pouring rain with a backed up drive-through, and I was expecting to just walk in and grab my coffee. Also- not the first time this has happened.
