First time in, and sat at the bar with my wife. What makes a place good for us is the personnel. We met Andrew and Ben, the bartenders and they are why I think this place will make it. Knowledgeable, attentive, and make you feel at home attitude.Apps were great and happy hour prices more than competitive.Looking forward to going back when we have more time for dinner.Diamond in the rough, good luck.

First time in. Food was good. Kitchen staff, bartender and waitress busting their butts and were obviously frustrated with one of the owners (and 2 others with staff shirts on) sitting in the corner enjoying drinks and apps while their employees clearly needed help. Slow service is understandable in 2022 with worker shortages, but not when there are other staff members just hanging around. Felt awkward.

Late day lunch (3:00 pm) at this relatively new restaurant/bar. Opened since Jan. 2022, this eatery offers a full pub menu and from 2-4 pm, half price on select appetizers and personal pizzas at $4.99 each. Numerous draft beers come in a surprising 22 oz glass, ($9.00) with lots of bottled selections as well. I tried the fried balsamic glazed brussel sprouts as an appetizer and chose the personal sized pepperoni pizza. Both items were tasty and would have fed 2 people easily. I brought home half of each to enjoy another time.Staff were friendly, atmosphere was casually and it's located right on Main St. On street parking, but I think there is public parking behind the building.Open for lunch

I keep trying to love HOTD but every time we go, it's always something. Old popcorn in popcorn machine from night before, out of tater tots, no change for Keno as front desk has no money, sour cream added into potato skins but not mentioned on menu, bartenders don't have certain booze but liquor store order coming soon. Idk....we are patient and understanding but it's always an excuse. We see the owners around town so they know good drinks and food (and they are very nice and interactive). And we want to support them too. I feel bad because I think the Union Leader review was a bit rough but hopefully things improve soon.

Been here twice. Drinks are inventive but low in alcohol. The queso is awesome but the homemade tortilla chips not so much. They seem to be made with flour tortillas instead of corn. Small menu but I enjoyed the food. People next to us got nachos and also we're not happy with the "tortilla chips."

If you're looking for a quiet place, this is not the place to go. We loved it because we're usually loud and feel like we bother other people around us. Here we didn't have to worry about that. The staff are incredibly awesome and the service was excellent as well. There were 8 of us and everyone said all their food they ordered was excellent. Great place, great food, great drinks and very family friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great new place in Derry attracting a younger crowd. Good portions at fair prices. The place was packed on a Friday early evening and happy we opted to go early (5:30pm) to beat the masses. Owner/bartender really cares about the place and it shows in the food, drink, atmosphere. It's mostly typical pub food with an elevated twist on creativity, especially the specialty cocktails. Give it a go.Parking: Parking in back

Great food! Great staff! Great atmosphere! I can’t say enough about this place. Very accommodating for a recent gathering I had there. Leslie was wonderful to work with and all the guests had nothing but good things to say. The cocktails are tasty and the prices don’t break the bank.

This place is a GEM in the small down of Derry! This was a perfect addition to the main strip here. Family owned and operated come in once and you've instantly become part of the pack. Everything on the menu is homemade from scratch and it tastes as such! From the food to the custom made margaritas/cocktails to the service and the live music you're tail will be wagging from start to finish.

My girl friend and I are always looking for new spots to try and we were not disappointed with this new spot in Derry! The Margarita flight is a MUST try, we got a few apps that were pretty tasty. The bathroom decor was a fun plus for me and I love how dog friendly the staff is! You can bring your pup to sit with you on the patio and there’s even a little dog friendly menu, it’s adorable! We will def be back!

First time here, not impressed. Ordered the build-your-own pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and ground beef. Got a pizza with a VERY thick layer of cheese, not much tomato sauce, and very skimpy toppings, just a couple of slices of pepperoni and two or three small bits of sausage and ground beef per slice. Definitely far below average as pizza goes. There is FAR better pizza at the Derry Restaurant down the street. Service was very slow but the server was pleasant and helpful. We won't be back.
