We placed a large order hours ahead today for delivery tonight (employee event). DoorDash was originally slated to handle the delivery but they canceled just as the food was ready - the restaurant had a staff member drive it out and saved the evening! Food was delicious! Thank you!

I had been to this pizza place three times in the past.2 times great service quality food.3rd time not so much, the down hill slide had begun.4th time, I pull in and see the sign is half lit up, a bad sign, line out the door, wait, wait, finally I am told the line is for customers picking up and there is always confusion, I make my way to the front of the disgruntled crowd. I ask what is good in the sub sandwich selection, the girl behind the counters has no idea, and after about 5 minutes I am told there is no subs, all pizza, Man beside me states, it will be three days for this place to make a pizza, the guy making pizzas has no gloves, looks unbathed, dirty hands, no gloves, other people in the kitchen have gloves on making food. dirty place, could use a little cleaning.Signs are broken, dirty hands, rude woman apparently side piece to owner.TonyBad ratings here, bad ratings at sister company Hudson House of pizza, cranky owner in the reply's, I knew then what had to happen.Sal's pizza 2 doors to the north, good pizza, no confusion, signs work, people all wearing gloves.Never be back to Mickeys or or sister spot in Hudson.Now cranky owner will respond...

I went there on Thursday and Carla was making my food. The food came out soggy and dry and it wasn’t even the right order. Carla or Kayla I think her name was.. she was being super rude towards the younger employees. I did tell her that the order was wrong and she tried to tell me I was wrong.

I love the pizza here and the subs!! My favorite is the chicken Philly sub and spicy fries. I love the employees there as well. They definitely go above par expectation wise and are very friendly ! There’s a reason this place is always busy!!

All I can say.. They don't care about new customers. My parents owned restaurants. I personally will never go back there. Just imagine that Vanessa calls your number and ask why you had a bad comment about her behavior and professionalism? Wow, they can't handle a single complaint with out calling you back. Absolutely, will never do business with them again. It's sad. Good luck on your adventures.

Got a calzone here, regret it, it was borderline inedible. So greasy and salty, and dough was uncooked... it was easily the worst calzone I've ever had.EDIT (response) : No... I run to google so that other's don't waste their money on a place with terrible service and end up with food sickness. Do you understand how reviews work?
