The Best Subs in the State of New Hampshire. I've been coming here for over 40 years, and it's consistently been amazing every time. The subs are very large and overflowing. It's a very small place and usually extremely busy at lunchtime.

Bill Cahill's is always the best. Young people working the counter are happy, friendly and quick. The subs are stuffed to the size of your head. It's always worth going to Hudson just to get subs here.

Been going there for years, and it's still the best sub shop around that area.I had to edit this. Got a steak and cheese sub like I always get the other day.And it was gross, I couldn't chew the damn thing it was like chewing an old leather wallet..I've never chewed an old leather wallet, but I'm guessing it is like chewing that steak and cheese..I won't be going back after that.?

I ordered a small steak bomb. It was the best steak & cheese I’ve had in the Hudson area. I will definitely be back!

Long time patron (35-40 years). Subs here have always been SUPER.But the last 2 visits not so SUPER!! I understand that everything has gone up in price. I understand them raising the prices a bit. But don’t raise your prices then put half the meat in a sub. I always order their Veal Parmigiana (regular). It use to come with 3 or 4 patties. Now only 2 Pattie’s. Their Roast Beef sub were alway HUGE. Now there is about 1/3 the amount of meat in it.The owner should take the SUPER out of their business name. As the subs are not that SUPER anymore.
The service was great but overall the food was underwhelming, a high price for a sandwhich that tastes like what I already make in my kitchen. I feel like that the market basket steak subs are an alternative, and for a much cheaper price.

Great tasting subs as always. I used to work nearby at t-shirt company in mid 90’s and would frequent the place weekly but 25+ years pass and I go back and it was like walking into a time capsule. Everything looks the same and food is just as good just a lot more expensive.Parking: Small area but I’ve never had a problem parking. I would imagine it could be a problem around busy lunchtime.

I visited for the very first time recently. Very young teens working there for probably their first summer jobs. Service is friendly, the place is well kept, and the food is delicious. Such a neat atmosphere to the little place too! My only conplaint is that whoever constructed my order needs to work on presentation of the food. Waaay too many tomatoes. We're talking, someone dumped a literal cup of diced tomatoes in my little sub. A little too liberal with the mayo as well, and the meat and other veggies were falling off due to sloppy construction. Like I said, almost everyone there the day I came back in were very young kids so they probably just need a little time to learn to do this right. I'll try Bill's again towards the end of summer vacation and find out.TLDR: Food's good, service is good, work on craftsmanship and presentation , and it'll be great.
