Doors were locked at 1 pm on a Monday afternoon. Close this restaurant already. Clearly nobody cares if they’re doing business or not. You’re just paying employees to do nothing.

18-Dec-2023 2:15 p.m. ETOn this day we were in the middle of a nor'easter, wind blowing, deluge of rain coming down. Went to this location after ordering online. There was a problem with the online order so I had to talk to someone about it first.I parked in the rear, ran to the back door, it was locked without a sign on it. Ran back to the car, drove around to the front, ran to the front door in the rain, it was locked without a sign on it. No signage anywhere other than hours of operation - closing at 10:00 p.m.. There was one car in the front parking lot near where I parked and the place was lit up.Ran back to the car (I am now completely drenched from the downpour), went to the drive-thru. Looking inside, it looked vacant. I leaned on the car horn. A woman came from out back with the drive-through headset on her head.I asked her why the doors were locked, she said in her broken English "only drive-thru." I asked to see a manager, she said there "no manager." I asked if she could help with the online order issue that I was having, she said she could not. She told me I would have to go around the drive through again and reorder.This garbage location has gone downhill to its lowest point. No signage about only drive-thru? One employee on site with no manager? Unacceptable. I will never, ever come back to the Hudson, NH location again. And now I have to go to my credit card company to get my money back for an order I never received.

Ordered doordash and waited 40 mins to be told that bk is closed at 430 in the afternoon for no reason and my order cannot be completed and now I'm on lunch break and don't have anything to eat because it's gonna take too long to order something else and it get here in time. If your closed then put that on doordash it's so easy all u do is tap a screen and bam but you'd rather waste people's time and not do your job

This place is always closed or just closing. We just stopped by at 6pm on Sunday and they were already "starting thier closing process".... I'm it's dinner time and your hours say 10pm is closing...

This is by far the worst Burger King to ever exist on planet Earth. I truly and sincerely say I would never come here even if it was the only place to eat on Earth. I would rather starve to death. Then come to this Burger King. I am not exaggerating in any way, shape or form.

Worst BK ever.. never open or never answer the drive thru, i swear at night they leave the outside lights off on purpose because the staff doesn't want to work. I live near by and drive by all the time, no lights, and because i live close by i keep giving them another chance (stupid me) i dont think I've ever had my order done properly and it's always the longest wait even though they're dead all the time, is there mangers????? Does the owner even come by or know how bad his restaurant is. Maybe doesn't care?♂️ i don't know, but 100% avoid this location, all the reviews i read are spot on... CLOSE THIS PLACE ALREADY, and let a competent chain move in this location!

Wasn't sure this place was still in business. The drive thru microphone wasn't working properly, so the order was a bit of a guess. May have been a language (non-english speaking employee) issue. Not sure. After a long wait, I drove around to pickup window to order, and was made to feel that the jumbled drive thru order was my fault. The chicken wraps came and were very small portions of non-crispy chicken.. Disappointing experience. A sign at the drive thru menu & mic ordering location should be posted with instruction for how to order, where...

One of the best fast food restaurants, good attention from the employees, a clean place and fresh food! and the open door my children enjoyed in the playground, I recommend it
You can be vegan and eat the burgers here if you even get served employees literally paid to do nothing. I'd work there but I'll bring my own lunch. They can't be making
