For what it's worth, I go to Dunkin' Donuts a lot. At this place, there is a very nice girl who took my order tonight. She is typically nice. And then you get to the window and then there is this smug girl younger who does not even say hello. Thank you or have a Good Night. She gave me my coffee, not even a word spoken. Had a tip in my hand to give, but respectfully declined. Don't understand why places cannot have a basic level of customer service anymore. I would retrain your employees a s a p or put the nice girl who's taking the orders up front to deliver the coffees and put the one who is miserable outback

This location was not that great until I met gabby a young woman who helped with my order that had to be remade and nobody remembered me until she did bc she was there that day when makenzie was rude as hell and wouldn’t I will be reaching out to corporate bc gabby deserves a raise she is 10+stars in customer service she listens and helps thanks gabby Pam and Amanda

About one and every three times I go, they screw up something. Even got hashbrowns. One day that had ice in the center of them. I get the same thing every day today asked me three times how I wanted my coffee at the window and still messed it up. Check your orders before you leave ice coffee today never received a straw got pumpkin they only put one shot of pumpkin in it.

This Dunkin always has fresh doughnuts ?. Great service from all the employees even through the drive thru. The location is in a good area near everything a strip mall across the street with a Hannafords, Nail Salon, Pizza shop and several other stores and Restaurants
Apparently I did not know that there is two ways of asking for this sourdough sandwich. Oh ya white cheddar, is not yellow! It's a $.40 mark up for two eggs. So remember ask for a sourdough sandwich at drive thru and NOT a bacon, egg, & cheese on sourdough.

I ordered munchinks ahead of time for my mom to pick up for an event. I had it set for her to walk in and she said the staff wasn't very helpful. It wasn't very busy, but to someone who doesn't order ahead much anymore, it would be nice to have a little more guidance on what you're supposed to do once you arrive.

The food I got from there was unbelievable I ordered a bacon Wake-Up wrap you know something simple egg was cold cheese was on melted thing unfolded on its own in my bag they gave me I asked for a coffee with a couple of pumps of different flavor and I got a decaf nasty no flavored with a light cream and when I tried to contact them over seven or eight times their phone is constantly off doesn't ring go straight to a voicemail that you can't even leave a message on unbelievable worst service ever
